  We are retired couple who rented the condo for the month of March 2013 and had an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and well located in Myrtle Beach. We rented both units for the month and as at front and side of the building, noise level was not an issue. Parking in March was good and close to entry. Too cool for pools but grounds were well maintained by staff who were friendly. We would rent again for March.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We rented this place for a long weekend. There were 6 adult guys and we all fit here fine. Having 3 full bathrooms made it easy to get everyone cleaned up and ready to go out in a timely manner. The units were very clean, and it was nice being able to see the beach and ocean from the balcony. You are actually getting 2 units (one is the main place with master BR, 2 full baths, kitchen, and living room; the 2nd unit contains the king bed, a kitchenette, and full bathroom). There is also a 3rd door that allows your units to be closed off to the rest of the hallway. Very private. Great location to the boardwalk and other downtown attractions. Just about everything we did was a short drive, cab ride, or walk away. The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were operational while we were there so it was nice to sit in there since it was so cold in Myrtle Beach during this trip. It actually snowed alot on Saturday night. Will definitely rent from this owner again.

  the condo was just as described. The nice thing was that one bebroom was away from the whole unit. Can be rented seperately but close enough to be with the whole family. There were 4 adults and 3 toddlers and we definitely had enough room. Also there are three balconies one off the living room, one off of each bedrooms...... Loved the fact that it had three bathrooms definitely a plus. My only draw back was the resort didn't open it's pools till 10 am and closed them at 10 pm.

  We only had a couple days to stay at Myrtle Beach - this was a great place/location. Directly on the beach and within walking distance to several great places and very short drive to other great locations! We will definitely return when we have more time to stay.

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and would recommend it to anyone. My only complaint to the owner is there were not enough towels for the entire stay, so I would just recommend getting extras. Also my complaint on the resort itself, is that the pools do not open until 10 am and close at 10 pm. I think it would be better if they opened at 8 am instead and closed at 11 pm. I have just stayed at plenty of other resorts and the gates to the pools were always open by 8. Just a suggestion though. None of this would ever keep us from staying, we have stayed in this exact same room for 2 years in a row and plan on a 3rd next year!! Also the owner is very nice and understanding!

  We loved our oceanfront view and 3 separate balconies! The location was great and within walking distance to central Myrtle Beach's many attractions. The listing photos was on target and it was nice having so much privacy between rooms and being the end unit. The king suite was separate from the rest of the unit which was great for our teenagers, they could stay up late without interrupting our sleep. Having 3 separate bathrooms made it easy and time efficient for getting ready to head out in the evenings. There was plenty of free parking, lots of pools and jacuzzis to choose from and the lazy river was great for relaxing after riding the waves in the ocean. The workout room also gave us the option not to miss a workout. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. I wish our vacation didn't have to end!

  We had a great time at this location. The view from the master balcony was awesome. To have the two units next to each other but within the same outer door, gave us the privacy we wanted. To have 3 bathrooms for a family gathering is such a bless. The full kitchen helped prepare meals when needed.

  My family and I had a wondeful time. We go to Myrtle Beach every year and we have always stayed in the same place. We thought we would make a change this year and we stayed here. The location is perfect. We walked on along the beach to pier 14 and we watched the fabulous fireworks display from our balcony. The rooms were very clean and the three balconies were great. When you have two teenagers, having three bathrooms is absolutely awesome. Any concerns that we may have had were not with the condo, but with the elevator maintenance. We had one elevator that kept breaking down and made it difficult to leave the ground floor. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your condo.

  Our stay at these units were absolutely wonderful. All of our expectations were met. Parking was great, the pools were clean and had lots of chairs. There was not a wait at the elevators, which is always great. The people that worked there were friendly and helpful. There is a private service that will rent out beach umbrellas and chairs for a fee on the beach. There were 4 of us and we rented both units. Really 4 could just rent out the main unit with the 1 BR and the murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Just in that unit were two great baths. The second unit has a King bed, kitchenette and a huge bathroom which our friends enjoyed. Thanks for a wonderful time. We will defintely be back to rent these units again. Hopefully soon!

  This is a great family place to stay. It is very easy to access with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the lazy river as well as the spa. Our granddaughter, age 12, enjoyed swimming with us. It was quiet and peaceful. We would recommend the unit for all age groups.
