The one bedroom Punana Aloha cottage which we an older Australian couple enjoyed for 10 days in August 09 exceeded our expectations. The cottage was more compfortable, spacious and beautifullu equipped than photos showed. The Nekea's have generousely and thoughtfully furnished and equipped this cottage. We would strongly recommend it to any couple whop enjoy beautiful surroundings, the beach, snorkelling, great vistas and each other's company. The Nekea's really do deliver on the promised advertising. The cottage is also very well located for Kauai exploring, the helicopter trip over the island and snorkelling Ke'e beach and Na Pali coast boat trips (one leaves from Anini Beach Park 2 mins away). We are looking forward to returning to Punana Aloha and we can see why the Nekea's have so many return guests. We strongly recommend this property. Enjoy it, care for it and return to it appears to be the pattern.

My wife and I stayed here and had a great time! The condo was exactly what we needed! A complete kitchen, a nice bed with a great view and quiet neighborhood! The breeze from the ocean was refreshing and it was on a great part of the island! NKVR were very easy to work with! Stay here and you wont be dissapointed! :) - Jesse

WOW..what a great condo!! Everything we needed, right down to the flip flops. For the whole 16 days we watched whales and dolphins. It was so hard to leave the condo. Thanks Bob and Dotty. We will be back!!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this unit. The only bad thing is that I always have to leave, and never want to. I have to pinch myself when I am there, because I cannot believe how beautiful it is, how perfectly positioned the condo is, and how wonderful it feels to hear the waves and feel the trades and smell the bounty of enchanted Kaua'i. Not only did we see whales, we saw a monk seal on the little beach below. I could write forever, but others have sung well the praises of Bob and Dotty and this amazing unit so I will stop. Thank you so much, Bob and Dotty, for sharing with us again your precious slice of heaven.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was exactly as described and ah--the view! Because we had visited Kauai several times before, we were not preturbed by the rather inclement weather the week we were there. Playing tourist was not necessary. (Besides, we are in our 70's and not quite as ambitious as once we were.) It was a joy just to soak up the view, watch the abundant wildlife, and enjoy each other. It was a great experience. Thank you.

We celebrated our 25th wedding aniversary at Sealodge.PERFECT is how I would describe it.The condo was clean, quiet,well stocked and the view,breathtaking! We were fortunate to be able to watch the whales from our lanai. I would recommend this condo highly. We hope to return in the near future. Aloha

Sometimes in the travel business, you don't always get what you expect. We wanted a clean condo - somewhere we could cook some of our own meals, and then sit on a lenai and watch the whales breach with the sound of the ocean filling the air. That's what we wanted, what we were told we were getting and this was EXACTLY what we got. Oh, we loved this condo. The best thing I can say about it is that we will be back. Dotty is a great person to deal with - helpful and very trustworthy in all areas. Having not spent too much time in the Princeville area in the past, I would also say that it has become our favourite location. Aloha!

I fell in love with your condo. The photos really don't do it justice. I felt as if I'd found my own little blissful retreat from the world. The views surpassed my wildest expectations. It was immaculate and perfectly located for my needs. I also appreciated that the owners were a pleasure to deal with. I've told many friends and colleagues about this condo and I have every intention of returning as soon as possible. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on the North Shore. And "no" ... this is not a paid endorsement :-) I simply loved it there and grieved when I had to leave.

We could not have been happier with our accomodations at Kai Nani. The condo was beautifully maintained and sits on a bluff overlooking the beautiful north shore of Kauai. We were extremely pleased with our overall experience at Kai Nani and can't wait to return.

My husband and I stayed at the Sealodge condo for a full week at the end of June and beginning of July 2006. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It is gorgeous, spaceous and full of amenities. The Nakeas have thought of everything a vacationer might need, down to snorkeling equipment, binoculars and games. We loved all of the window space and the great breezes. Thank you so much!

This was our 2nd visit to Kauai at a Nakea Rental. Sealodge was our home away from home for 25 days. We appreciated all the extras usually not found in other rental.(beach chairs, umbrella, snorkelgear, hairdryer) just to mention a few, and a comfortable kingsize bed. The whales can be viewed from the lanei or the livingroom. Everything was in good working order and handled efficiently.. We hope to return to Sealodge for longer next winter. Once again we had a wonderful time in Kauai and a great stay in a Nakea property. We stayed in the Anni cottage last visit and in the Sealodge condo this time - both were excellent! We were very comfortable and had everything we could want. The ocean views were awesome. Jeff especially loved sitting on the condo lanai watching the waves, surfers and looking for whales and turtles. Looking forward to our next Kauai visit and staying at a Nakea property. In the 2 weeks we spent here we did some breathtaking hikes and snorkeled at a lot of the beaches (one of the best is right below the condo!). But, even if you just hang out on the lanai, you can't go wrong. The view is just awesome, and it changes all the time and every day. This has been such a special time that I can't begin to describe it. We definitely want to come back, and, hopefully, before too long.

Dear future Sealodge guests- We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed ours! This condo is so clean and comfortable, and the view is spectacular! We enjoyed watching the changing scenes from the lanai as each time of day cast light from different angles onto the ocean. We loved to eat our lunch on thel anai while playing our favorite Hawaiian music CDs and watching the waves gently rolling across the reef and the palm trees swaying in the breeze. So peaceful. It doesn't get any better than this!

Our5th visit to Kauai, 3rd stay on the North Shore, and 2nd stay in a Nakea home! Once again, we are both rejuvenated and relaxed. As to our Sealodge stay...Rainbows daily! Comes with the rain in the early morning and late afternoon. Whales! In late April! Sighted from the condo, multiple breeches, tail kicks, and large pods passing by. I could go on and on, but that's why we return!

We've had three beautiful weeks in G-2. We are grateful to have been here. We've spent 7 winters here on the North Shore, and this one was the shortest and least active of them all. So, this clifftop perch was perfect for resting and dreaming. This may be our favorite Kauai rental spot!
