  Fantastic place - the condo is just like the web site says and the photos show - actually better. We rented 2 condos side by side and there is virtually NOTHING we would change. The condos are so fresh and well appointed, with privacy, but easy access to the pool and beach, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the greater Nautibeach staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the adjoining restaurant. Katy and her dad were great to work with - went out of their way to work with us. Everything they promised they did and then some. We would definitely return.

  We just returned from our week stay in Condo #5 at Nautibeach and had the most amazing vacation! We had been to Isla Mujeres a few times in the past and stayed at other hotels, but nothing compares to Nautibeach. The condo was exactly how the photos looked online and even more beautiful in person. Everything seemed to be brand new and was very well maintained. The kitchen was spectacular - we felt as if we were at home! This condo was especially nice because it had an extra sink and mirror in the back bedroom - great for getting ready in the evenings! The location was perfect - very close to the pool, on the ground floor, yet very private. I cannot image a better location for the condo! Although we came to the island for a nice break from everything, it was really nice to be able to watch the news a few times (in English!) via the satellite TV in the condo. The beach in front of Nautibeach has the best white, sugar sand you could ever imagine - we were in heaven!!!! We also enjoyed renting directly from the owners, Katy and Dave, as it it gave our whole experience a more friendly and personal feel. We are so excited to have discovered this condo and already are trying to figure out when we can make it back. Thanks again to the owners for making our vacation so perfect!!

  We had a beautiful weekend on an amazing beach. The condo was immaculate. Everyone was so friendly. We are from the Florida Keys and this place was great!!

  We had the best time staying in this condo. The condo itself is very nice. The beds are soft and comfortable. It is furnished with everything we needed! Dave even has books and magazines for you to read. There is even a stove with an oven. Not just a hot plate like most condos in Mexico. The location of this particular condo is probably the best one on the property . . . ground floor, near the pool and straight shot to the beach! The location of the property, is in our opinion, the best on the island. We rented a golf cart for the entire week, and were able to park it right on the property (they have a small parking lot). We had been to the island many times for day trips, but never and extended stay. We were also provided with maps of the island and lots of other helpful information. Everyone who works at Nautibeach is nice and helpful. This vacation was a 10 for us!
