LOCATION: Your luxurious condominium is located in the private, gated community of Pelican Sound Golf and River Club. Pelican Sound is located just 20 minutes north of Naples and 15 minutes south of Fort Myers. White sandy beaches are only 10 minutes away and golf is right on the property!
INSIDE YOUR CONDO: This third floor unit has two bedrooms, two baths and comes with a spectacular view of the Golf Course and Aqua Driving Range from its screened in lanai. With 1300 square feet of total living space, your vacation condo is spacious. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and connects to a luxurious master bath and a huge walk in closet. The master bedroom also has a television for your added comfort. The living room contains a sofa and loveseat and has a beautiful entertainment center, which includes a color television, DVD, VCR and a stereo. The living room also contains many plants and other accessories, to give your condo the comfortable feeling of your home away from home. The second bedroom contains twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom have upgraded appliances and white raised panel cabinets. There is tile in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms, while all other areas of the condo are carpeted.
This unit is in fantastic condition! It also has a washer and dryer in their own closed in laundry area for your added convenience. The unit comes completely turnkey ready, with all dishes, pots and pans, bed linens and towels provided. Just bring yourself and your golf game, and be ready to enjoy the beautiful sunshine!
PELICAN SOUND GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB: Pelican Sound's golf facilities are simply magnificent! These facilities include a 27 hole championship golf course, aqua driving range and putting green. The course has been noted as one of the best in the region. It has hosted several PGA Senior Tour qualifying events and has four sets of tee boxes to allow for challenging, yet fair play for all skill levels. The CHELSEA PREFERRED TEE-TIME RESERVATION SYSTEM ensures you will be able to get on the golf course during the busy winter season. This is a very important feature as it allows the renter a fair chance to get the tee times they desire. The Club also contains an 18,000 square foot clubhouse, that combines architectural splendor with understated elegance. Among the outstanding features of the clubhouse are casual and formal dining, a grill room, men's and women's locker rooms and a fully appointed pro shop. There are always many social events planned at the Clubhouse, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful facilities well after the beautiful Florida sun has set. For a small golf transfer fee, you will be entitled to all the rights of a golfing member during your stay in this wonderful country club community!
In addition to the golf, there are six Har-Tru lighted tennis courts available to you. Use of the tennis facilities is included free with the transferred golf membership.
THE RIVER CLUB: Overlooking the scenic Estero River, The River Club contains a 5000 square foot facility that includes a huge pool area, state of the art fitness center and a casual restaurant. The River Club contains FREE canoes and kayaks for your personal enjoyment, as well as a FREE PRIVATE WATER TAXI that offers several daily excursions to one of the area's most beautiful beaches at Lover's Key State Park!
WHAT'S NEARBY: You are only short drives away from Naples and Fort Myers. You are also only 15 minutes away from the beautiful white, sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Located less than 5 minutes away is the upscale Coconut Point Mall. Miromar Outlet Mall is located less than 10 minutes away - it is a fabulous outlet mall with many big name stores. TECO Arena, which is home to sporting events and concerts is just a few exits north up I-75.
