  We stayed at Tropic Winds for a long weekend and the unit exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained and very well appointed. The decor was exceptional - the pictures do not do it justice. The location is very close to Pier Park, which was ideal. Most of all, the owner (Melissa) was gracious and responsive. We had some logistical issues initially, but she was more than acommodating in making things right in the end. For that reason, we will never hesitate to return to properties she owns and will recommend her without hesitation. Looking forward to returning asap.

  When deciding where to stay in PCB, (having never been there) I relied on the pictures and reviews. So glad I trusted my instincts! Best vacation ever! Not only were the reviews accurate, but the location couldn't have been better! Everything was perfect! The balcony view was incredible, and the the chair service on the beach was so convenient. The decor made the stay so cozy that even the rainy days were a joy. Can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything, Melissa! Highly recommend the 2 hour Jetski tour offered by Sunshine Watersports. The teens swam with dolphins and collected sand dollars. Great value for the thrill!

  We spent Thanksgiving holiday in this gorgeous condo. My family enjoyed so much that we decide to make it a tradition. The condo was immaculate and the kitchen was a joy to prepare my Thanksgiving dinner in. Melissa was very helpful and wonderful. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not usable during our stay, it was ice cold. My husband was very disappointed. Other than that it would have been perfect.

  This condo greatly exceeded our expectations. The decor and furniture was beautiful and qreat quality. Best of all it was very clean. Everything was in good working order and we had no problems during our stay. This made it so very easy to just relax. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare meals and dine. We especially enjoyed the open ended view. We hope to visit your condo again next year. Thanks so much! The Williams

  This condo is absolutely beautiful. In our 20 years of vacationing at PCB this was by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. It is definitely a condo out of Southern Living and we can't wait to come back for another week!

  This was our first time renting a condo in PCB. We have always stayed in hotels and now I can never go back to that. This condo is beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. The balcony is huge and with it being an end unit you get two different views. You can actually lay in your bed and watch the sunrise. The bed was AMAZING!! Melissa could not have been better. She was prompt answering any emails or questions we had. We literally had 0 problems on this vacation. The beach chairs that are included with the condo are great. This place even has a blender and we saw dolphins from our bed!! We will be booking this again for many years to come.

  My husband and 2 children (9 and 13) just returned from a weeks vacation (Aug. 13th thru 20th) in PCB. We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely rental. It was decorated so tastefully, that it felt like we had chosen the furnishings ourselves! The things I wanted in a condo, were all offered in this one...large balcony, end unit, granite countertops in kitchen, washer & dryer in unit, master bed on gulf side, easy parking etc. Probably my favorite thing about this condo was how incredibly quiet this building and beachfront were. Granted, we came at a less busy time, however, I don't think it is like some of the other places (like Splash next door...crazy busy beach) being there is only 164 units in this building. We were told that only 30% of the total units are rental, so you have the majority being used by the actual property owners if and when they are there. Another perk is how fast the elevators operate in this building. I have read countless nightmare reviews about other buildings and their slow elevators causing many dissatisfied customers. My only gripe with the elevators is probably the aesthetics. The floors have chipped tiles in them and they look to need a good cleaning. In fact, the whole grounds of this building needs some maintenance. That is the only disappointing part of this place. The building is only 2 years old or so, but they don't maintain the grounds (pool, landscaping, bathrooms by pool, sauna, elevators etc...) to a level that we felt they should be. Wear and tear that surprised us. Maybe we are just super picky people too, I don't know. That being said though, did it ruin our time there? Absolutely not! I would still pick a less busy building and quick and easy access to parking and the beach then a crowded, busy,perfectly manicured place. Like I stated before, inside the actual condo unit itself...perfect! Nicely maintained, fabulously decorated and clean. Melissa from the rental company was beyond efficient, and very courteous. We rent off VRBO every year and I have only dealt directly with the owners in the past, so I was a little worried, however, she immediately proved to put those fears to rest. She was on top of everything and would respond to your questions or emails right away! Would I rent this condo unit again...YES! We hope to again next summer!

  We absolutely love this condo. My son and my daughter's best friend couldn't believe how beautiful the condo was when we finally arrived after a 24 hour drive. My comment to them was that living here for a week would be worth the drive from Santa Fe, NM. This was the most clear that I have seen the ocean in the last 7 years. Also for this visit we received free beach chair and umbrella service. We met a wonderful family of three generations that was also spending the week. We exchanged contact information and may just be able to coordinate a trip so that we can be there at the same time again next year. We didn't want to waste one minute of our stay. We made a great breakfast and were just leaving as the cleaning lady was about to show the condo to some prospective winter dwellers. Hopefully the smell of bacon and the beauty of the condo got the condo rented ;)

  OUTSTANDING CONDO!!! "From the moment we opened the door, we were wowed! The condo has absolutely beautiful decor and is so meticulously well kept. The king size beds in each room are so comfortable and the TV/DVD in each room makes it so nice. The rooms are almost identical with the decor in the bedrooms and the bathrooms give you so much privacy. THE kitchen has all the amenities you could require. As this condo is an end unit the view was wonderful up and down the white sand beach and the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Due to its location, it is very quiet environment. We were able to watch the parasailing, jet skis, pelican etc. right from the well equipped balcony and listen to the lulling sound of the waves. Lots of chairs and a large table for use on the very large balcony. We would recommend this condo to anyone and also Melissa who we dealt with in renting it. She was so helpful, prompt and just a real pleasure to work with."

  We absolutely loved our stay. The Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. It was nice to have our own private parking space. I loved that it is keyless entry and we don't have to worry about carrying around a key and possibly losing it. I would definitely stay here again and hope to in March :).
