In the backyard of four storey building from 19th century, with ivy on the facade, in a quiet street. Paris 15, not far from the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, UNESCO and Pasteur Institute. Walking distances: three minutes from the Metro and one minute from all shops.
At 40 square meters (about 410 square feet), this Non-Smoking apartment may not be large, but it is wonderfully cozy, charming, and authentic. The floors are polished wood, the ceilings are tall there are three windows (all looking out onto the courtyard), and one fireplace. Modern conveniences include Internet access, a small but well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and electric heating.
As for the furnishings, they include an elegant and comfortable sofa in the living room, a top-quality, queen-size (140 x200 cm) bed in the bedroom, CD Player, and a television with DVD Player with variety of films. And for those staying for more than one week, weekly maid service is included at no extra cost. The apartment is on the third floor, looking out onto the green courtyard and the top of the Eiffel Tower.
We also own two other studio apartments in the same area. There is only a one-minute walk from one to the other.

- Air Conditioning: Regarding air-conditioning, We rarely have air conditioning in private homes. not really needed in Paris. We use natural air conditioning, closing the windows & the shutters when the temperature is hot and leaving the windows opened during the night. Nights are quiet (we don't have disturbance from air conditioning engines). If the weather should get very hot there is a fan in the apartment. Most houses in Paris are old with thick walls that can keep the heat out when the weather is hot.
