Beautiful beachfront condo just North of Puerto Vallarta. Relax under a palapa on the sand or by the pool. Walk the beaches and pick up shells. Low tide in the afternoon delivers many shells for collectors. The water temperature is very comfortable, and boogie boarding is loads of fun for all ages.
Watch the sunset on the Bay of Banderas. Ride the buses and go to local markets for delicious fresh veggies, fruits, seafood, spices, and lots of local color. Take tours to see the whales, (although we have seen them from the beach), go to the tropical forests, to local fiestas, take the tour to where the Huichol Indians live. If you like shopping, there is plenty to take part in.

Year Purchased: 2001
My husband and I live in southwestern Colorado, and we love it. We also love the beach! When we were staying at a resort on the beach, we took a walk one morning and there it was...a little piece of paradise for us. It was a bit lower key and quieter than the one we were staying at and it just really appealed to us. We bought it, and have been staying there every year since then. We look forward to our stay all year long. We take long walks on the beach, get lots of reading done under a palapa. We watch the whales and dolphins from the beach, and meet up with the friends we've made over the years. It's truly a special place and our respite after a busy year. You'll love it, too!!

The weather is incredible, the beach is great for swimming, walking on, and just sitting watching the sun set. We also enjoy being able to watch whales and dolphins from under a palapa on the beach. We've made friends we look forward to seeing again year after year. What more could we ask??
The Unique Benefits of this Beachfront Condominium
Everything we need or want is available right there, or very close by. We can walk, take the bus or taxi if we want to leave the beach. We can rent a car if we want, too. There are markets locally where we can get anything we need. The fresh fish is abundant and delicious vegetables and fruits can be found at the local markets. If we want to be pampered, we can have a massage right there on the beach. We are able to take part in the releasing of baby Olive Rigley turtles, in the evenings. We are next door to a turtle preserve, and feel privileged to be involved in this.
