Picture Perfect is the best location in Carillon Beach! Only 8-10 steps to #2 Walkover and away from downtown crowds and weddings. Two porches on the front of the house, views of Gulf from upper porch.
Two master bedroom suites with king-size beds, one bedroom with Queen size bed, and small bunk room. All bedrooms have TVs, and have 42" flat screen HD TV in the living room. Well-maintained beach house features great room with living room, dining space, and kitchen.
Hardwood floors throughout. House also comes with 2 beach chairs with umbrella set up on beach, toys, bikes, books, pails, and more. Golf carts are available also. Only licensed drivers may operate (Carillon Beach rules). Carillon Beach also boasts three pools which all homeowners and guests can use. One is on the beach, one by the lake, and another by a park, which features a basketball court, tennis courts, children's play area, and green space. The Park Pool and sometimes the Lake Pool are heated in the winter.
An upscale, gated community, Carillon Beach is south of Hwy. 98 on the Gulf of Mexico. 24-hour roving security is also provided by Carillon Beach. For a safe vacation away from it all, Picture Perfect is the fun place to be.

Our stay at Picture Perfcet could not have been better! The home was exactly as decribed and was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed and more....well equipped kitchen, linens, games for kids, beach toys, etc. A great property!! We will definitely be returning to Picture Perfect!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family had the best vacation while staying at Picture Perfect. The location is the best you can ask for as well as the overall layout of the house. The living room and kitchen are open, the rooms are large and the Front Porch is the best spot to drink coffee! We will be back! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with young children.

My family and I stayed here this past summer. The house was very comfortable for everyone, and right across from the beach walkover. The linens were high quality and plentiful and the kitchen well equipped. We loved the "front porch" community and everyone was so nice. The kids loved riding their bikes around the neighborhood to all of the different pools and met lots of other kids to play with. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, running, and biking. I will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
