6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom! Located in Seagrove Beach! 2 community pools 50 yards from the beach! Grace Villa is a three-story home of 2800 square feet with long decks providing unobstructed gulf views. Located in Summer's Edge, beach side home is in a neighborhood with white picket fences, two community pools and easy access to the beach. A master bed/bath on the first floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The second floor offers two guest suites with adjoining bathrooms--separated by a family room with access to a great large screened in porch for entertaining. There are also two bunk rooms on this floor. The third floor offers yet another family space, another bedroom and a full size bathroom with gardeni tub. The views from the 3rd floor deck are memorable! House has High Speed Internet service so bring your laptop and an ethernet cable! This home rents Saturday to Saturday during peak season. No pets. Summers Edge is just 1.8 miles from the town of Seaside, located halfway between Destin and Panama City. The community is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many other activities in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Destin and Panama City. There are great bike paths, lakes and state parks, not to mention the Beach, nearby to provide plenty of outdoor activities. We stayed in this home for spring break. While this home was in a great location, we had many problems that were not addressed by the management.... Faucets/drains broken, leaking dishwasher, and broken furniture. There is ONE small hot water heater that serves both the first and second and third floors! We stayed an entire week and I never had anything but a freezing cold shower... Not exactly what you would expect from a home that is supposed to sleep 12 people. When we called to speak to the management company, our calls were not returned.
