This home boasts modern Florida inspired architecture and impeccable detail. Prime location is located right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has extraordinary charm and character. The home is fully furnished, has two fireplaces, and also a cigar lounge with a karaoke machine, We!! play station, and a 50 inch plasma TV with plenty of comfortable seating. The home boast 30 ft cathedral ceilings, and supreme living space. Breathtaking gulf appeal with custom work throughout the home. The cooks’ kitchen is outstanding offering over sized counters, huge island, stainless steel professional appliances that are perfect for entertaining guests.
The first floor has an open floor plan with a Master bedroom and walk in closets, all with wood flooring that flows throughout.The first floor also has a cigar lounge which is separated by french doors, also has sliding doors that open up to the gulf, which is where the 10 person jacuzzi is located. The second floor hosts the two bedrooms, plus a laundry room, while the third floor hosts an amazing lodge with a pull out couch for two. The third floor has two French doors that open up to the deck for an amazing relaxing view of the Gulf (many dolphins viewings). This home has multi-room open access, built in home theater system with two 50 inch plasma TVs. The home has great outdoor space with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

We stayed in this house for a month and loved everyone moment of it. You can see great views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining room, great room, master bedroom, deck and jacuzzi. We would see dolphins swim by almost every day and saw several manatees as well. There is a large nature reserve very close by and we would see many large birds all the time. One morning there was a bald eagle sitting 25 feet from the back door. The house is in a great "canal community" so walks through the neighborhood always had great views of water as well. The house and all the furniture, etc is in excellent shape. Anthony, the owner, was great to work with.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This house has more of a cottage feel to it but with all the amenities you will need. Very laid back and quiet neighborhood. The gulf is right there at your doorstep (literally 5 steps) and the activity is endless. Dolphins and shrimp boats go by while you are sitting in the hot tub. Private and romantic for couples but lots of fun things to do for the kids, the water is shallow and warm. Bring water shoes as the beach is rocky but much more interesting than a strip of sand. Anthony the owner will bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. Not a lot to do in the area so you will need a car if planning any sightseeing. If you are looking for a restful laid back vacation than this is the place.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The home itself has a view seldom can match. Pictures do not do justice to the ocean views from every level. The owner is a consummate professional and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We used the provided canoe to paddle to a nearby island as well as to approach dolphins in the bay. We will be back without question. Thank you Anthony. My family and I recently stayed from 2/19/11-2/26/11 and had a wonderful time. Anything we needed Anthony was more than willing to get us. The house was very beautiful along with the view of the gulf right out the LR windows. It took your breath away every moment you are there. We didn't want to leave. I am positive we will be returning in the near future. What a GREAT place to vacation!! Breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico, makes this SunCoast destination, one of the most relaxing vacation homes that I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The sunsets are spectacular and NEVER get old! The home boasts amenities beyond compare, very clean and meticulously maintained. Just ask anything of the owner and he makes sure that all of your needs are met. The concierge service is professional, warm and personal all at the same time! I will definitely make a return visit to this amazing and relaxing retreat. It's great for families and couples alike. Wonderful for extended stays and snow birds. A great community for boaters as well! I highly recommend this property for anyone who loves fun in the sun!! Great house and a great owner who went out of his way to ensure our stay was great! What a wonderful relaxing time we had watching jumping fish, lots of interest sea birds, sting rays and even dolphins feeding right from the living room windows and of cousre the observation deck on the roof that overlooks the water. This house would work for families with childern, fisherman, boat owners and also a romantic get away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
