  The house was more than perfect. It was very spacious, and clean. My friends and I had more than enough space, the pool was excellent. The house was close to all the parks; the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The owner is super nice and helped out a lot. We were so pleased with the house. I am definitely renting this home again for another vacation! We had such an amazing weekend.

  Has so much room. Five total bedrooms with a lot of space, and 4 and half baths. Never run into not having enough room for everyone. This home is charmingly fresh and roomy, and is well prearranged with all that you might possibly need. Dishes, bedding, towels, etc. Great location, very immediate to everything, Home is expediently located close to stores, restaurants, and attractions. It was maybe a 10 mintue drive to Disney and roughly 120 minutes to SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Iit’s close to everything but you will feel like you’re in countryside of Florida… very nice and quiet and beautiful. Way pay more to stay somewhere much smaller? Great owner who is really friendly, and the staff you handles the rental is awesome and very helpful. They were super quick and very professional. All the way down to the house keeping. The game room is entertaining and keeps the kids happy when they aren’t already swimming in the pool while the adults relax in the hot tub. There is a open staircase from the downstairs family room leading to an upstairs entertainment room with a couch and television so there is two rooms for everyone to enjoy some time together or apart. Also there are TVs in every room. Layout of the house was perfect, because there is a master bedroom on the first floor if you need it. We will be going back again and again; we cannot wait to stay here again! I tremendously stamp this property proudly with our endorse.

  My husband and I rented the house for five of our children and our two grandkids. The house was great. Everything was clean and working. Lots of room for everyone which was very important because our kids range in age from 7 to 25 and our granddaughters are 2 and 8 months. Everyone had a place to go if they wanted peace and quiet. Plenty of bathrooms so getting ready was easy. The drive to Disney was very quick and easy. I would recommend this house to everyone.

  We spent 8 nights at this wonderful vacation home and I would highly recommend it for other travellers. There were 3 single adults and 3 teenagers in our group so having lots of bedrooms and bathrooms was a priority as we were busy going to Disney and Universal every day and needed to be ready to go at the same time. While we were in the house there was lots of space to spread out and relax, each in our own way. We loved having our own pool, we just didn't get to use it enough! The pool area is very private and restful so a good place to retreat after a busy day. My mother has difficulty with stairs so having a bedroom on the main level, with an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, was ideal for her. The house is a short drive to Disney and very accessible to I4, so getting around is very easy and yet the neighbourhood is quiet and seems far removed from the highway. The property management company were also very helpful and responsive. I would definitely consider renting this house again and have spread the word amongst friends and family as well. I hope anyone considering this house has as enjoyable a vacation as we did.

  We had a great time staying in this house. Plenty of room for kids and grandkids. Everyone enjoyed the pool after long days at the parks. Having the full kitchen saved a lot of money. I recommend this rental for large families. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and only a short drive to parks and airport.

  My family and I travel to Disney a few times each year. This trip we found our favorite home to stay in yet. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool gets sun all day. We enjoyed wildlife in the back yard by the pond with no rear neighbors. It's a only few minutes to the theme parks, plenty of local restaurants and groceries. My wife enjoyed the soaking tub. I recommend the pool heat, it is gas fired, not the wimpy heat pump type. Questions and concerns were addressed in minutes and not hours. Our ten day trip was excellent. This owner cares about their home and it shows. The only bad part was leaving to go home. If you are traveling to the Orlando area I urge you to consider this home. We have stayed at no less than a dozen vrbo homes and this was by far our best experience yet.

  We had one small problem in beginning when key was not in box,however we called the service that took care of this Villa & within 10min.we were in Villa & they brought new key. Great friendly people. We had 8 adults in this Villa for 1 week and could not believe we never got in one anothers way.Very surprised on how big and roomy this Villa was all bedrooms & bathrooms were very well laid out. Also very impressed on how clean everything was when we arrived.We have been in a couple of high end hotels that have not been as nice.One of the womens favorite was coffee every morning by the pool,wildlife in area great,we also had the treat of hot air balloons a couple mornings. Very quite & peaceful stay.Great place to return to after visiting shopping and sight seeing during day.We will highly recommend this Villa to any of our friends who my be coming to Florida.A great time was had by all.

  This particular home was conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, and attractions. It was a 10 min drive to Disney and approximately 15-20 min to SeaWorld and Universal Studios. The house had plenty of living space for a large family. There are two living rooms, which allowed the children and adults to enjoy separate living spaces. The game room was a bonus that the kids were able to enjoy on the days we had inclement weather. The home had plenty of amenities and we enjoyed the pool. I definitely recommend this home to for a large family.

  We stayed at this location in May of 2010. The location is very convenient from the Orlando Airport as well as conveniently close to all of the park attractions such as Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios etc. The beauty of renting the villa is that you can get away from the chaos of the parks at the end of a long, busy day. The private pool and quiet location offer a relaxing location for your family vacation. Waling in for the first time was better than imagined! The main entrance leads you into a beautiful, open living area with the master bedroom and master bath located just beyond. The open staircase leads to another entertainment room with a couch and television and then there are four more beautiful bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There are also (3) full bathrooms on the second floor! There was never any arguing over who got the first shower!! :) While we were there, it was only adults staying in the home so the parks were not our main focus. We did go to Universal Studios one evening to enjoy the City Walk and outside concert. Our time in Florida was for relaxing and this was the perfect location! We were able to lounge by the pool, enjoy cocktails at will and enjoy the quiet setting and beautiful sunshine. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing time in the sunshine or families wanting to enjoy the recreation of Orlando but still have a quiet haven to return to in the evenings. You will not be disappointed!
