The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a wall mounted flat panel TV that will sleep 2 and the third colorfully decorated bedroom has two twin beds, also with a wall mounted flat panel TV. This great home also has a sofa sleeper in the living room which makes this property available to sleep up to 8 people.
The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast area with 2 bar stools. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area with a new 50", wall mounted, flat panel TV, and Blue Ray DVD player, Free high speed wireless internet, free local calls! This great home also has a new washer and dryer.
This fantastic condo is next door to Tradewinds restaurant and bar, one of the four resort pools, the sun deck, sand volleyball area and pier fishing area.

I understand why they call this the #1 condo in Bahama Bay ....I recently stayed in this unit and it is beautifully decorated, with new furniture, bedding, mattresses ( great ) the latest updates in the kitchen including granite counters and stainless steel appliances....if you want a great place to stay , then this is my new number one location ...I will be returning soon.......The owner has decorated this beautifully and this unit shows true pride in ownership......
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
