This newly renovated condo is just that and located in Bonita Springs within the exclusive community of Pelican Landing, a 20 minute drive from Ft. Myers Regional Southwest Airport, on the gulf side of US Highway 41 and 2 miles from Coconut Point Mall.
Pelican Landing is a gated community with 24 hour security patrol and includes some of the best amentities in the area. Included in the condo rental is access to a private beach, a private condo pool complex, a community club house with a full scale fitness center, 30+ tennis court complex, canoe/ kayaking park, sailing center, private lakes for fishing and many miles of biking and walking paths.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1400 sq ft condo was completely updated in 2009. The condo is the end unit on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building and features vaulted ceilings with a screened in lanai that overlooks a beautiful fountain adding peace and tranquility to your visit. Neutral colors of new paint, new carpet and new furniture are seen throughout this condo. The main living room has a comfortable large sectional couch, 42" plasma high definition flat screen TV with premium cable channels, DVD player and high speed wireless internet access. The room opens into the screened lanai.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, dual vanity sinks and walk in shower. The third bedroom serves as a quiet den with a flat screen TV during the day and has a comfortable pull out couch for added sleeping at night if needed. The second bedroom has twin beds and large closet.
The private pool area for the condo is located a short walk down the sidewalk from the condo and has a large heated salt water pool, large in ground hot tub/ spa that can seat 10 adults, full men's and women's bathrooms, 2 gas grills and a full outdoor kitchen with sink and refrigerator for your convenience.
The condo also has a full kitchen, breakfast room, dining room with a large marble dining table that seats six and full laundry room with washer and dryer.
Only a couple miles away is Florida's largest outdoor mall, Coconut Point Mall. It has dozens of restaurants, a 24 screen movie theatre and every store you can imagine. Miromar outlet mall is a a short drive away as well. Public beaches are within 5 miles if you want to add parasailing or jet skiing to your visit. Downtown Naples is within 30 minutes. Other activities in the area include dozens of golf courses, a minor league hockey team, spring training for the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox.
With all of this to offer, you can come down for a relaxing visit in this tropical setting or you can have an itinerary full of fun, it is your vacation to create!!!

This condo had everything we were looking for in our stay from August to December 2012, including covered parking and bicycles. Accommodations were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view of tropical greenery and fountain from the lanai was spectacular. We loved that the pool, hot tub, and gas grills were conveniently located behind and slightly to the left of the condo. However, we must say that the highlight was the complimentary, frequent boat rides that we took over to Pelican Landing’s private beach on Big Hickory Island where chairs and umbrellas were always available.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We had a great time at the condo. It was decorated very tastefully and it was very clean. The pool area was lovely and very peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pool/beach towels. The condo is close to everything and the private island is fantastic.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
