Superb location for visiting Steamboat.....close to everything but located in a quiet golf course course neighborhood...... this location can't be beat. During the winter months the golf course is the Steamboat Touring Center. This duplex/guest house is back to back rather than side to side, so the home has 2 driveways and separate entrances.......
*This comfortable home is approx. 1150 sf. The guest house is available for rent as a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom for 1 to 2 guests.... or as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodating up to 6 guests. The second bedroom(lock off)has a private bath and a LCD TV. Prices vary reasonably with number of guests, size(1 or 2 bedrooms) and seasons. This home is not shared, the unused bedroom and bath are simply locked off.
The bedding includes a queen bed in each of the bedrooms... The home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer and a shared semi private outdoor hot tub.....what else would you need??? Oh, the living area is super comfortable with 32" LCD TV, DVD player and secure WIFI access is provided. The home is sunny and bright with southern exposure. There is outside parking for 2 vehicles. Truly a kind spot. You won't be disappointed.

Originally from San Diego, we decided that we wanted to raise our family in a small mountain community...... Lucky enough to visit the Yampa Valley during the holiday's in 1991 we knew right away that Steamboat Springs was for us:). I know if you ever get a chance to visit you won't be disappointed. Time is a bit slower here....indulge and treat yourselves.

We stayed for a week in this wonderful duplex. Plenty of room for the four of us. Great deck and barbecue area. Upstairs is spacious with kitchen, living room area and bedroom. Downstairs has another bedroom with bathroom that my wife and I stayed in. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great location for biking and hiking. Super quiet neighborhood. Our teenage boys loved the hot tub! Ed and Loren are fantastic hosts and helped us navigate our first trip to Steamboat. Thanks!

My wife and I decided to return to Steamboat after 25 years. Wow has this town grown! We feel fortunate to have found this home. We visited all of the old stomping grounds with much delight returning after long days to a warm, clean and comfortable home....and pet friendly. I would recommend this rental to anybody wanting the same. Thanks again Ed and Lauren for the hospitality.

It's sometimes hard to find condos for just two people. We were delighted to find this one and it suited us just fine. Very cozy, well equipped, and so convenient for skiing and the town.

What a unique, fantastic and very well equipped property. Comfortable and cozy, the fire place really warmed us up quickly when we needed it. Plenty of space - simply ideal. You couldn't ask for a better location - very close to shops and the Gondola. We enjoyed the Send Off celebration for the Olympians to Vancouver together with our hosts Ed & Lauren. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat since we had the snowboard vacation of our lives here.

Wow what a nice surprise...this was our 3rd visit to beautiful Steamboat. We ove it more everytime. Thanks Ed for a wonderful stay. The place was perfect in all aspects....location neighborhood etc. We all really enjoyed how close we were to everything. Aspen also had a great time playing with Melo. Thanks again for making our getaway perfect.

What a wonderful surprise we had when we arrived in Steamboat Springs on 6/19/09 for the Rocky Mountain Mustang Round Up. We had never rented before on VRBO and were not sure what to expect. Ed and Lauren's home far exceeded our expectations. It was private, very clean and in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The deck was great for enjoying the beautiful outdoors with the surrounding aspen trees. We were amazed at the fair price. Ed and Lauren and their family were warm and friendly and made us feel welcome in Steamboat. If we go back to Steamboat this is where we will stay again.
