We found our stay at the Royal Mauian #303505 to be very comfortable and enjoyable for the 2 weeks we were in Maui. We have stayed in several places in this area and this is the best location! The condo was clean with nice updated furnishings and our needs during our stay were taken care of by Ali'i resorts . "Great location, great view and comfortable living." Other like units in this complex can be rented for less but the suite has been renovated and is very nice and clean. It has a great view and is very close to all the things you need (food, stores and beaches). "Breathtaking view and very comfortable unit!" My partner and I have stayed in units managed by ali'i Resorts in the past and found ali'i to be very friendly and accommodating. The units are always clean and well supplied. Most requests are answered promptly and with a smile. Our time in the condo included evacuation from the tsunami, which just turned out to be a minor inconvenience. We received a call the next day to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. We have stayed at the Royal Mauian 9 years out of the 11 years we have been going to Maui.
