Right around the corner from Mana Market, and Paia bay is just down the street. I drove a bit less because this unit was right in Paia. My only complaint is that the sliding glass door was tricky at first to lock... FYI for anyone that rents, if you close the door too tight the lock won't engage. You need the door to be just slightly ajar so the lock engages. Other than that, the owner was totally cool. The unit well stocked, though bowls with lids would have been nice.. but I know how those can disappear from a vacation rental... The place was very nice for the rate I was charged, I would definitely book this again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Don't expect a huge property and be aware this apartment shares the house with another rental apartment. The place can also be warm on sunny days, but thankfully, trade winds help keeping the place comfortable. In any case, the place is clean, well decorated and had all what we needed during our stay. And it is definitely walking distance from shops and restaurants in Paia. Very convenient.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

As a single traveller this studio was ideal and I would recommend it to couples too. It's clean, well maintained, comfortable and just a few blocks from Pa'ia town. The owner was kind and helpful. It felt safe enough to walk through the neighborhood on my own even in the evening. Check out Haz Beanz for great coffee and breakfast burritos (: I will definitely be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway.

New and modern in a nice and quiet location in a neighborhood reminiscent of vintage Hawaii. Good location, close to airport, yet Paia is a town that can be seen easily on foot. Owner is very accommodating.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the studio in April for my birthday. We are from Portland Oregon, so it was a great escape from the gray, rainy weather. This was the perfect home away from home. Super cute, clean, awesome shower and water pressure, and the bed was really comfy! It was great to wake up and walk to get coffee or breakfast; since its right in Paia. Also the house seemed to stay very cool; good shade trees and ventilation, which was nice to come back to after spending all day in the sun. We loved everything about this place! we will definitely stay here again when come back to Maui!! -selenaRecommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.
