arranged for this location for a long weekend to watch PGA tourney and play some golf. 4 guys so the 4 bedroom location was perfect. Very straightforward booking process and the townhouse was clean and well appointed. Terre Verde resort was nicely done and as expected. No complaints. Security at the gate kept things running smoothly. There is a master bedroom (king), 2 other BRs upstairs (twin singles in each) and 1 BR downstairs (double I believe). The downstairs BR would be great for people that find stairs a challenge. 3 full bathrooms (2 up and 1 down) Decent location and close to Kissimmee restaurants and shopping. Wal-Mart was within 10 minutes of resort. resort was about 10 miles from PGA course but there was a lot of traffic so the drive took longer than expected. Golfed 4 courses and all were within 30 minutes of our location. Overall we were quite happy with our rental.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Clean townhouse, great location

We were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman at the main gate. Check in was easy at the office. The community is quiet and beautiful! The townhouse was very clean, smelled fresh and had a very homey feel. I must commend the owner for all the little details left in place to make our stay very comfy.for example, there was a collapsible hanger for wet clothes , adequate towels and linens.enough starter toiletries,a well stocked kitchen with every thing you needed from a pen, to measuring cup to a blender . The pool was cleaned on our second day, not that it appeared dirty, but we appreciated it. Our garbage was collected every day. A booklet with contact numbers and things to do was very handy. Oh and I love the fact that I did not have to wlk with a key everyday and risk losing it but was still secure. The bedroom downstairs made it easy for anyone who cannot handle the stairs. My only hang up would be firmer beds and the comforters being cleaned. Other than that a wonderful place to stay. I would return, hopefully soon!

Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a lovely stay. Your home is very comfortable and the layout works nicely for 8 people. We enjoyed the pool immensely, and also swam quite a bit at the club house pool. The community is very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed our walks in the morning. If we plan another trip to Florida, we would definitely stay in your house again.

Your townhome at Nova Villa, Terra Verde, was excellent. When we arrived it was very clean, the beds made, and all of the linens and towels were stacked in the closets as promised. The book of community information was helpful and informative. We really enjoyed our stay at your home. We didn’t mind a little extra drive to get the convenience of a pool in the back yard and home-cooked meals.

My family and I stayed here for our Disney vacation in July. The condo had everything we needed and having our own pool put everything over the top. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with the pool and it was dealt with promptly. I recommend this property to others looking for a condo stay in the Kissammee area. The only minor mark against the Terra Verde resort was the complex pool and tiki bar. Both were subpar compared to tradition hotel resorts pools, so we stayed in the condo and our private pool . If you are looking for a private condo for your Disney stay, this is the place.

We had a fabulous vacation! The kids LOVED, LOVED, LOVED your townhome and didn't want to leave the pool...we never even went to the beach! They were thrilled to have their own private pool. The space, the layout, all the amenities and very welcoming, close to everything, very secure. At your place, it was great to have: - all the kitchen utensils (including corkscrew, very important) and pots/appliances that we needed - dish cloths and dish towels - lots of great big beach towels - wireless internet that actually worked great the whole time - pool toys - did i mention the private pool? - very clean, inviting atmosphere, nice bright bed linen and table settings The local property manager was so nice, great to deal with. We would highly recommend to anyone that they rent from you and we'll definitely be heading back! thanks!!
