  We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday with 4 other couples. We lived like celebrities with a catered chef's dinner and everyone had a great time. The pool was awesome the rooms were super quiet, decorated exquisitely and every one had plenty of room. This place was unbelievable and James was just great to work with. We will be back for sure!

  THE most amazing home I've ever been in-our entire family agreed on this and felt that just being in this home was the best part of the trip! There were 10 of us and everyone had plenty of space to be by themselves all the time. We had a blast in the pool and in that phenomenal kitchen cooking while listening to the player piano! The entire time was unforgettable. Jim was so down to earth and so kind to us even though we frequently called him with mishaps !! This is SO worth the money!

  Just me and my two favorite people in the world came here for one amazing weekend in the beginning of June. We were all in shock...too. much. awesomeness.This place is not only HUGE, but decorated so richly and with luxurious details. Everything you could possibly want and more than you could imagine. We went out to the strip but couldn't wait to get back to our mansion. It is true once you get to the interstate the strip is only 10 minutes away, but the full trip is more like 15-20 min with traffic--just a heads up; but it's so worth the drive. All future rentals unfortunately will be compared with this one, and nothing can compare. We will definitely come back, probably with the whole family. And Jim, the owner is a really great and a very accommodating fellow. Thanks, Jim!

  My wife and I, along with another couple stayed at this home in May 2011. It was absolutely fabulous. The home was as described on the internet. We have been to Las Vegas 4 times and we wanted someplace to rest and relax during the day. The home had everything we wanted, great bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, huge kitchen, great theatre room and and awesome pool and spa. I will definitely be going back! Thanks for everything Jim. Dave.

  We had the awesome pleasure of staying at this house and it was simply mind blowing. The experience was very different than your usual stay on the Las Vegas strip. It actually felt like our own resort. We were able to enjoy all of excitement and fun on the strip, but also return to this relaxing, beautiful, and spacious house. Needless to say, this was our funnest Las Vegas trip ever and it was because of this house. You will get lost in the house because it is that big!

  I really don't even know where to start... we celebrated a dear friend's 40th birthday at this gorgeous home over the course of a four-day weekend and had one of the most memorable vacations ever. We travel extensively and have been lucky enough to see more of the world than most people ever dream of but that said, we have never before experienced such luxury in a hotel or rental property. Every room in the house was appointed and decorated in a way that can only be described as world class and we all felt like kings and queens throughout the entire course of our stay. All rooms are huge and gorgeous and thoughtful touches like whole-house audio (with iPod plug-in capability) was a favorite of our group, We were far enough away from the "Strip" that it was sheltered from the hustle and bustle but when we were ready for dinner and a party, we could get there in 15 minutes or less. The pool was spectacular and it was a favorite of the group of course. The kitchen is to die for and my wife's only regret was that we did not have more days to lounge around and soak it all up. That situation may be rectified in 2011 though if we are lucky enough to return. Book this property with confidence and your party will love you. The owner is also ridiculously easy to work with and is a very pleasant and cheerful guy. We even promised to return and take him and his wife out to dinner we liked them so much! :-)

  We have rented a number of homes in the past for family gatherings (including Europe). While all of these were satisfactory, none of them compare to the experience we recently had at this beautiful estate! Jim, the owner, is very amiable and highly geared toward client satisfaction. From first contact to departure Jim responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions, requests, and needs. Jim cared about our stay and made us feel completely welcomed and comfortable. Overall, the house has a romantic, lush, European estate atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, not stuffy, and while huge they still envelope one with an intimate, even cozy feeling. The property has everything you could possibly want including several washer/dryer sets (a must for large groups), a movie room, wi-fi, a giant family room, and a huge kitchen (we had a chef provide a cooking demonstration during a catered hors d'oeuvres party, which was fantastic!) Unfortunately, we did not have the time to utilize the lanai with it's large gas grill, which would have been perfect for a fabulous, Texas-sized BBQ party! The pool and jacuzzi were well utilized and a lovely respite from all of our other activities. The beds were all very comfortable and provided sweet dreams. And Jim's attention to detail ensured that the property was beautifully spotless and well maintained. We had 12 guests (including my 90 year old mother) and each one has reported back that this vacation was at the very top of their “Most Wonderful Vacations of All Time List.” Whether it was the comfortable furnishings or the calming waters of the pool and jacuzzi; the space to gather with people at times and then also to be alone if desired; or, the property's proximity to The Strip - close enough for a short ride to all of the excitement, while being far enough away to not feel hemmed in by the frenzied crowds - each person attributed some aspect of the house to being directly involved in their overall sense of well-being at the end of their stay. As the coordinator of this event, I was very grateful for Jim's ability to blend two seemingly opposite attributes – those of being mellow & laid back and yet at the same time being highly focused on quality assurance & client satisfaction. It made coordinating my sister's 50th birthday party week SO much easier. We will be thrilled to return to this home in the future or to lease any other property that Jim owns. Thanks, Jim!
