This cottage is located on a great cove on a beautiful, one-acre lot with a new dock that is twelve foot wide and twenty eight long, great for partys or just enjoying the sunset. Fishing is great on Lake Murray;The water is back to its normal levels largemouth bass, striped bass, bream, and
crappy are all doing very well. So if you enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, skiing, jet skiing, or hiking - it is located just two miles from Dreher Island State Park. This is a great place to take your next vacation. If there is a large party I have a eight by thirty two foot camper that will sleep four that can be rented seperatly from the house.While the lake was drawn down we dredged the cove so now we have year round deep water, we also widened the dock from four ft. to twelve ft. wide and twenty eight ft long.we have installed a fish cleaning sink and a commercial ice machine to fill coolers.We are in the process of building a sixteen x sixteen ft. Screened in gazabo with an eight ft. x eight ft. spa.Hope to be completed by June 05.
There are several golf courses and clubs in the area. Also the Riverbanks Zoo is nearby (Columbia is only about 30 miles away). There are also fantastic restaurants that you can get to by car or boat.
The house has a large, screened porch on two sides with skylights, large patio, three bedrooms, and a fold-out couch. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area in front of a huge picture window that overlooks a beautiful yard and the lake. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with ice and water in door, and much more. The living area has real, pine board paneling and fireplace.
We have a 24-foot pontoon boat available for daily or weekly rental.
