This 2300 sq. ft. home is located in St. Helena, CA. the heart of the Napa Valley wine country, on a quiet cul de sac within walking or biking distance of stores, shops, grocery stores and great restaurants. The home is two levels, with a kitchen, 'great room' with a fireplace, two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor.
On the second floor is a large master suite with a soaking tub and a large loft, with TV and extra bed space. Skylights and big windows draw light into this warm space. Leather chairs, natural wood ceiling and big old fashioned wooden bookshelves highlight this super friendly home. More than a vacation home, this is where we live.

Year Purchased: 1997
About the owner: This is the primary residence for my wife, Colleen and myself. I am a local Attorney and she is our office administrator. We are avid birders, photographers and hikers. We enjoy the fine restaurants as well as the fresh organic food and produce available here. We are renting our house between August 1, 2012 and February 1, 2013. Our dates are flexible.
