This stunningly charming property is perfect for a couple, small family, or two couples traveling together. The home was built with green intentions: non-voc, non-toxic paint and soy insulation.
The gardens are meticulously groomed with an arbor of flowing vines, lovely established beds, fruit trees and raspberries. The back deck is perfect for sunning, dining al fresco or relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub. There are trails behind the house and a beautiful pond!
Inside you are greeted immediately by the freshness of the décor. Minimal yet super cozy… the house is easy to come in to!
There is a wonderfully appointed kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, with touches like marble and cherry wood counters. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a gorgeous, heavy, dining room table the easily seats 6 guests. The only bathroom in the house is on this main floor. It is beautifully done in gray and white marble with a shower.
One flight up is the sitting room and guest’s areas with two brand new twin pull-out sofas beds. There is a TV/DVD w/ cable on this floor and plenty of storage.
Up to the loft there a cozy sleeping which is host to a king sized bed which is set on the floor. It is a cozy space but the sheets are luxurious with high thread count cotton and duvet covers.
Two swings are on the front porch and there is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the lovely outdoor setting.
