Centrally located in Paradise Valley. Can walk or drive to extensive (3/4 mile of riverside) community fishing access on the Yellowstone River. Quiet, but not too far from the main road. This is a clean newer home on 10 acres with a recently finished wrap around cedar deck and a large, sunny, sliding glass door. Have dinner or watch the sunset on the Absarokas and Emigrant Peak. Spectacular thundershowers can be seen across the valley. With exterior lights off there is outstanding stargazing at night. Mule deer pass through the property almost every day.
20 minutes from Livingston (with breathtaking scenery on the way), 30 minutes from Yellowstone Park, and 45 minutes from Bozeman. Chico Hot Springs is 6 miles away. The town of Emigrant (3-4 miles away) has a post office, gas station, general store, fly fishing shop, breakfast/lunch place, and the Old Saloon.
Horse pasture available to share. (No studs)

What a wonderful time in paradise! My wife and I enjoyed every minute we were blessed to have at this home. We spent most of our time visiting YNP and the wildlife was incredible! It was great to come back in the evening to a clean and comfortable home. The Hi-Def TV was an added bonus to watch some sports as well. The view from the deck of the mountains was priceless along with a grill if you want to cook out. We fell in love with the horses and met Stacy who cleans the house and feeds the horses. Everything you need is in town...or the National Park! Had tears in our eyes when we had to leave...can't wait to come back to paradise again!...Mitch and Sandy (Michigan).Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Hi John, This is a late thank you. I loved staying at your cabin. It was just as you described. The million dollar view took my breath away. I have so many pictures of the ever changing beauty. I felt safe each and every day. I loved Livingston and of course I went to Yellowstone numerous times. I was in tears my last day in the park. As a single diner they really took care of me at Chico and many of the Livingston's restaurants. I visited friends in Bozeman and the Ruby Valley as well. Again many thanks. Warm regards, SusanDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

We stayed here for a quick weekend get-away with our 2 golden retreivers. We all loved the location! We ran into Livingston for dinner and a show at the Blue Slipper Theatre one night. And the next soaked and had dinner at Chico Hot Springs! It was a great weekend and we will definitely be back! Thank you!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

WOW! The cabin was great, plenty of room for all of us and everything seemed like new. What a location, fantastic views all around, good fishing, good weather, seemed like the center of almost everything. Two of my sons and I truly enjoyed every minute of it. We highly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation to Montana. You will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

So good to finally get to meet you last Monday and enjoyed our short chat. As for your cabin...WE LOVED IT. As I told you when I saw you, it was perfect, exactly what we wanted. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay there for the extended time. We left the cabin on Thursday just before 9 AM. Now in Bozeman for the balance of the month. I took a fly fishing class today, all day, at the Bozeman Angler, it was a great class. Feel a lot more knowledgeable now for sure, and my casting is a great deal better also. Next time we're out in Montana, we'll definitely give you a call to see if the cabin is available. Thanks for the directions...that will help for sure. Will also get that book. As for my comments...most definitely you can use them, but I could say a lot more about it. Especially that it's in the most perfect location. It's proximity to the Park, Livingston and Bozeman along with other sights in MT is PERFECT. The large flat screen along with the great Directv coverage is also a huge plus, especially for me who is a TV sports freak. The sights from the huge deck, the mountains and don't pass up the star gazing at night...awesome. It's the perfect place to come back to after a long day in the Park or fishing. If we were to buy something out here, we would be looking for a place exactly like yours. All the best, JerryDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5

Why the Owner Chose Paradise Valley:
We enjoy being close to good dining in Livingston and Chico, countless fishing and hiking spots, and Yellowstone Park. The views and quiet were a big part of our decision too.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
It's nice to be within walking distance, or a 2 minute drive from a varied 3/4 mile community fishing access. It's a great way to finish the day.
