  We rented this beautiful loft for a quick getaway and concert at Bridgestone Arena. The Printer's Alley location is as good as it gets for enjoying the best of Nashville. It's just a few minutes to walk to Broadway and the honky tonks, or to the arena. The loft itself is very nicely appointed and comfortable, upscale but not stuffy. Communication with the Melody was smooth and easy and helped make for a stress free visit, and we were met at the front door with the keys and all the information we needed. What a great place to spend some time in a fun city! We would definitely rent from Melody again on our next visit.

  Three buddies and I rented this loft during our annual golf trip. We usually stay in a downtown hotel of whatever city we choose to play our golf. This year was Nashville and although we had reservations at a hotel right off of the Broadway strip, we continued to look at other options. I'm very glad we did. This rental was fantastic for our group. It was spacious, well located and turned out to be cheaper than the hotel we had booked. We brought and used an air matress, but the loft had one available too. Parking, which was included in the price, couldn't have been easier, even for our large four door pickup truck. Printers Alley is a pretty cool spot, not as glitzy as the Broadway bars, but we found a couple that were fun and drinks were cheap as well. I only had one previous experience trying to get information on a rental in Florida off of VRBO, and it turned into quite a headache. Owners that didn't seem to care if they rented their place out or not, slow to respond on inquiries and generally snobish. Not these owners. I dealt with Melody who responded promptly to every question I had. The contract terms were easy, fair and the payment was 50% down, 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. Darold was great as well and made himself available for any questions or problems with the loft. Unless you get along great with the other three in your group, you may want to keep it to two max in this loft. But hey, you wouldn't be travelling together if you didn't like each other in the first place so go for it!

  My friend and I rented this loft to come watch our Detroit Lions play the Titans and I'm very happy we did. It was located in a great part of downtown Nashville and within walking distance to everything. The loft itself is very nicely appointed and spacious. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Nashville, I definitely recommend this loft...better than a hotel at a cheaper price.

  Our stay in the Printer's Alley loft was great. The loft itself is very nicely appointed and in a great location. We were near all the attractions and only a short walk to pretty much everything in downtown Nashville. I would definitely recomend this place...much nicer than a hotel room at the same price and it has more to offer.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Suite! While we were checking out, we had a chance to peek into the Flat and the Loft - the housekeeper is incredibly friendly and does a great job showcasing your properties! :) We will definitely be returning and spreading the word to our friends about the lofts. Darold was very helpful during our stay as well - he helped walk me through getting the bedroom TV remote to work (the receiver unit happened to be covered with our luggage!) We have a few restaurant suggestions from him that we will need to try out at our next stay. Kudos to Darold - he is an excellent property manager from a renter's perspective! Thanks again for providing a wonderful place to stay in such a fun town!

  We came to Nashville to celebrate a friend's birthday. Two couples stayed at a high priced hotel and another couple stayed at a mid-priced hotel. When they saw where we stayed, there were all jealous. Who could blame them! The price, location and amenities were excellent. Compared to what they paid, we definitely got more bang for our buck!! The staff I dealt with in making the reservation and checking in were extremely professional, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a home away from home. IF there was a down side, I'd have to say it was the view, but we were only in the loft for showers and sleep so, it really didn't matter to us. Thanks Printers Alley Lofts for the great accommodations!!!! We'll be back!!!

  Stayed in the Suite for a getaway weekend. We get to Nashville once per year, usually staying at hotels downtown. The Lofts open right onto Printers Alley, so we walked much less than we normally do. The Suite was clean, comfortable and very secure. Free parking a very short distance away. Considering the location, we were pleasantly surprised that it was also very quiet. We highly recommend the Lofts.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  So the location was wonderful (except that there was a strip club right across the alley). We were close to everything and good easily walk to wherever.. but our car was also close if we needed it. The unit itself was not "hotel" clean.. the floors weren't clean, the cabinet fronts were dirty, there were finger prints on the mirror and even a sock in a plant! The bedding did seem clean though. If you don't sleep like a rock be prepared to wake up alot .. we were every step fron the floor above even voices from people talking. :verall good experience just not as clean as we'd like and thin walls but to be expected with such an old building. People were friendly and easy to work with!

I'm glad you were overall happy with your visit to Nashville. The noise above must have come from the lawyers who should only be there for a few hours of the day working in between trials. I will definitely check and see what the noise was. We never receive complaints of the noise so, hopefully that will not continue. I only can apologize that it effected your stay.   We just came back from Nashville where we spent a weekend at the suite on Printer Alley. The place is very cute and VERY open. Difficult to have some intimacy since there is no bathroom but a bath tub in the suite....I am just laughing as I am thinking that it did bring some closeness to our friendship...ahhaha I wish we had some curtains in the leaving room as you sleep right direct the window so at 6.30 am - the 2 of us in the living room area were right awake... Anyway, we had an awesome time. The location is prime. I won't recommand anyone to go other way than renting the loft. (first night of our stay we were at the Loews vanderbilt and it was a little bit too far for us)... The place was clean, the person in charge very nice. Overall, I recommand strongly for you to stay there!!! I would put 5 stars if it has a separate bathroom

  This was a really fun place to stay, right in the heart of the action. You could walk to many bars and restaurants as well as grocery and liquor stores. Melody was great to work with and worked hard to get us into the space. Derold met us there and was very helpful with directions and instructions. The loft is secure in that you need a code to enter the building and then a key to operate the elevator. Felt very safe. There were 4 of us girls which worked perfectly with one bed and a fold out sofa. Amy- Minneapolis, MN

  This place is awesome. We were close to everything. It's not a bad walk to Broadway...or anywhere else downtown. We did not get the car out of the garage. Everything was as advertised. It was very clean...and we had everything we needed. Darold was very nice and informative. We were out late at night...and did not feel unsafe at any time. The Bourbon Street Boogie bar is steps from the door. Fleet Street Pub is also. We also walked to see a play at tpac. We will definitely return in the near future. If you need a place to stay downtown that is not a hotel...this is it.

  Thanks for a perfect getaway location for a weekend with the boys. We were four former grad school classmates coming from four different states for a get-together. The loft was a perfect location, close to the Nashville nightlife and activities, but also quiet and well appointed for staying in. With the nearby grocery, we were able to make breakfasts and lunch in the updated kitchen, and we found plenty of restaurants close by for dinners. Among the bed, pull-out couch and sofa, there was plenty of sleeping space for us, and the living room area with TV was great for conversation and lounging. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  We rented two lofts for my wedding guests and family. The owners were very helpful and accommodating with all of our needs, links to area events, and making our guests feel at home. This location is spot on for walking to restaurants, shopping, live music, night life, local attractions and sight seeing! We plan on coming back and highly recommend!

  We absolutely recommend this "home away from home" to anyone looking to visit Nashville! The location was perfect (walking to tons of restaurants, entertainment, the Historic Ryman Theatre, LP Field, Bridgestone Arena). The loft itself was great - clean, cozy, well looked after and very importantly - pet friendly!! The enclosed and secure parking space is a nice bonus too. The entire process was very smooth, from reserving the loft, to checking out at the end of our stay. Melody has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We would not hesitate to rent again.   Since discovering the loft units, we have become quite spoiled. My husband and I refer to this as our home away from home. Whenever we get a chance to come into Nashville, this is where we stay. Always comfortable, clean and convenient -- it was the perfect place for the week. Thanks again!

  Our stay at the Loft was "suite". It was everything you promised! The only noise was the sound of the beautifully refinished floors as we walked - that is to say that, although you're on Printers Alley, no outside sounds were heard. The loft is clean and well maintained. The furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable. Darold was a huge help with a wealth of information. We were within walking distance of everything that downtown has to offer. We walked from the loft to TPAC (awesome performance of BLAST) to BB Kings in one evening and back with ease. The Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar hosts one of our favorite blues artists, Stacy Mitchart, and was just across the Alley. This is a great couples retreat--a place to get away, relax, have fun and enjoy life! My only other advice to other guests is, when taking a shower in the luxuriously huge tub, to make sure the curtain is pulled all the way around back or the water will run onto the lovely floors. Other than that, I recommend taking the opportunity to enjoy the ambiance of the loft and downtown Nashville. Enjoy!

  We had a good time at the loft. We saw a concert at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center and walked to and from the concert. The loft is very close to many places to eat and the river. I did have concerns with Printer's Alley when we first got there. We were approached by a homeless person when we arrived that was very rude and aggressive. This made us extra cautious when exiting the loft but we did not have any other bad encounters but that one!! Ed was not there so Darold handled the situation in a good, firm manner! The loft itself was unique and good to stay in. We were upgraded to the penthouse loft due to some circumstances of the other loft. I was pleased with the parking arrangements............it was close and secure. Darold and Melody were both good to work with.

  After staying in this loft for a long weekend in Nashville, I can't understand why you would stay in a hotel. The price was very reasonable especially considering that convenient parking is included. The loft had everything we needed when staying in. The two large flat screen tvs were especially important to my husband. When we went out, we could walk to everything. The listing and pictures are very accurate and Ed was great to work with. After check out we realized that we had left something behind. Ed was not nearby at the time, but he came right away to let us in. We plan to stay again.

  This condo is the perfect spot for those wanting a true taste of Nashville. With easy access to and from Broadway, excellent eateries and great culture, this is the spot to stay - not to mention its pet freindly and has parking. Great owners & a terrific property manager. This is definitely a "homeway" from home!

  Our stay in Nashville was wonderful, largely due to the loft! Melody and Ed are great to work with. Ed was very informative upon our arrival, and made us feely really welcome. The location of the loft was great, everything we wanted to see and do where within walking distance from our doorstep. The building the loft is located in is very secure, clean, and quiet. I highly recommend staying here, it will make your visit to Nashville very enjoyable. We will be returning!!

  Everything about our stay was great! The condo was beautiful and perfectly located for our visit to Nashville. It was nice to be on vacation, yet feel at home.   My wife and I stayed there for the long Memorial Day weekend. It was very very nice! The location is perfect about three blocks to all the action on Broadway. The accommodations fits all your needs and a grocery store is 1/2 block away. We plan to go back and enjoy in the future.

  We recently stayed at the Printers Alley Loft while visiting Nashville for a wedding. It is a beautiful property in a perfect location, right in the heart of downtown on busting Printers Alley. Despite the prime location, even when the clubs outside were filled to capacity, the condo was quiet and secure. The property manager, Ed, was very helpful and willing to assist whenever needed. We would definitely stay again.

  This loft was absolutely perfect for our stay in Nashville. The location could not have been better for seeing the sights. It is on a pedestrian street with a blues club right across the street, but you hear nothing inside. Parking was just steps away, and you do want a car if you want to see Music Valley, and all the other great sites out of town. The loft itself is in a very secure building and is beautifully renovated with high ceilings, and original floors and brick, but with all the modern conveniences. Melody was great to work with, and Ed provided so much information when we checked in that we felt at home in Nashville immediately. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place in Nashville.

  This was our forth time in Nashville and we decided to rent this property instead of staying at a hotel. What a treat!! So spacious and luxurious, it was absolutely perfect and included everything we could have needed. It was so nice to be able to cook our meals and wash our clothes when needed. Perfect location, walking distance to downtown. Felt very safe day or night. Ed was absolutely amazing and was so helpful. Will definitely be renting this property from now on for our vacations in Nashville. Thank you so much Melody!!

  This loft was the best place we have stayed in Nashville! It is very tastefully decorated, very roomy, and clean; just as described, and more. The location is excellent! We parked our car in the parking garage, and only moved it once the whole time we were there. It is close to everything. We walked to some fabulous restaurants, like Demos and The Spaghetti Factory. The owner is great to deal with, and Ed is a great help as well. We will definitely stay there again.

  The loft is so cute, cozy, and comfortable. It was perfect for our girls weekend. It was so nice to be right downtown within walking distance of everything. It was so nice to have a kitchen and a place to spend time.. huge benefit over hotel rooms! Would also be great as a couples get away. Definitely reccommend!

  Hospitality was incredible!!! Loft was beyond expectations....literally within a couple of blocks of concerts, museums, fabulous meals, nice city nature park. No car is necessary as we kept ours parked!!! Even though the loft is situated on a world famous "party" street. You can leave the party behind as there is no street noise or party noise in the loft...very private, very quiet and very safe. Everything was extremely clean and quiet. Would highly recommend for a weekend get away.....much nicer than staying in a run of the mill hotel with the same rates. The owner provided everything timely and as stated....seamless transaction and highly recommend this property!!!

  The loft is great. A parking spot is included and loading/unloading is very easy to do. The inside of the loft is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would want in a downtown loft. I booked the loft as a bit of a surprise for a stopover on the way to Memphis at Christmas. We had two great nights enjoying downtown. I'd planned on proposing at some point during the weekend and it turns out your couch ended up being the perfect spot. We've already decided we'll be back to celebrate an anniversary or two.

  I lived in Nashville for 2 years and staying on the strip is fun, but also annoying and loud. This is the best of both worlds. You are on a calm alley with no cars, that has a fun and safe nightlife, and only 2 blocks from all the action. The loft was very clean and well kept with everything needed provided. Also, parking garage was within 50 feet and is private and safe.

  Gorgeous loft. Walking distance to everything in downtown. Stayed here two days before a 9 day stay at the hermitage and was sad to leave!!! Big thanks the the manager Ed who met me at the loft w keys after my flight arrival of 11pm!

  The loft was incredible! There were only 2 of us but 4 could fit comfortably. The bed was so comfortable. I was so impressed with the Red Pine floors. All the amenities of home. Very safe area. We were never concerned walking around at night. Close to everything. We would always complete our night with a vist to Lonnie's. I will definately stay there again. Next time i will bring my husband for a romantic weekend.

  My sister and I visit Nashville every year and have always booked a hotel. When I was looking for a place to stay, I came across this loft and decided to give it a try. Well, it is the best. Great area, close to everything you could possibly want or need! Everything inside is high quality, from the applicances to the comforter, bath towels, jacuzzi, and big screen TV. Lower windows open in living room to let the cool air in -- absolutely awesome. Stay here.....I promise you won't regret it! We will definately return.

  What a great place! Rich in culture and history. We loved the whole style and feel of the loft. Just a hop, skip and jump to all of the honky tonks and other entertainment venues. We felt very safe like it was our own place. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Always something to do or see for all kinds of interests. Thanks for a great experience!

  This was a very nice loft in a great location. It was close enough to walk to Broadway, plus there were some nice places in Printer's Alley. Loft was very roomy, quiet,cool, and clean. The way the loft is laid out, still gave us plenty of privacy. Ed the manager was very helpful, and Buddy the parking attendent was very friendly and helpful too. Even welcomed our Bearded Dragon. I will be recommending this to my friends and we hope to be able to return to Nashville soon. Thanks again.
