You get what you pay for at Pt. Sebago, so don't fall for low prices with poor location and limited amenities. Located at 1124 Sebago Woods Way, this beautiful, non-smoking, resort cottage will exceed the needs of the discriminating family looking for the ultimate vacation experience without traveling to Central Florida. Our unit is one of the closest Resort Cottages to the beach and pavillion area. Our beautiful vacation home boasts a fully-applianced kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, three cable TV's, large outdoor gas grill, and everything your family could need for a memorable vacation week. Owner has installed brand new carpet in Florida Room in 2011. Pull out sleep sofa has been replaced with a large sectional sofa (non pull out), that sleeps 2-3.
Master bedroom has a queen-size bed with loads of storage space. One large bathroom with full shower, one half bath in second bedroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds.
This home has a 12-foot by 28-foot, Florida sunroom with a large (non pull out) sectional sofa that sleeps 2-3, five-foot by eight-foot farmers porch, 12-foot by 24-foot rear deck with gas grill and beautiful patio/dining set.
Our unit is only a two-minute walk to the beach and all activities Point Sebago has to offer. Renters, please understand that this home is privately owned and every effort was made to stock it with beautiful furnishings, and everything you could need for a relaxing fun-filled week of fun. Please treat this unit as though it was your own and all you need to bring is towels, linens, and food. Please no pets.
Point Sebago Resort boasts resort supervised day and evening activities for children ages two to 12 years old. Some of the more popular ones are nightly hayrides with Chippy and Friends, A-Capella cruise, family bonfires with sing-a-longs, and Chippy's playhouse in the evenings. Adult activities include horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, tennis, golf tournaments, Bingo, road races, washer toss, and many more.
Some examples of the adult entertainment on site is daily happy hours with hors d'ouvres and entertainment, hypnotists, comedians, Monte Carlo Night, Live Theatre Night, and a new lounge/game room with pub food.
The resort has several beach areas, marina, dining room, general store, and a championship, 18-hole, golf course, and a new outdoor Tiki Bar.
Some pre-teen and teen activities include atomic dodge ball, Ping-Pong tournaments, candy bar Bingo, floor hockey, kayak races, pillow polo, fat bat t-ball, and our own miniature golf course. Teens will have a great time at both the indoor teen dances with professional DJs, and the teen dances aboard the Point Sebago Princess Boat. New this year is a Zip Line, as well as our teen center stocked with Nintendo Wii, PlayStation, and all of the latest video games on High Definition Wide Screen monitors. Most activities are included in the rental price of the resort cottage, with very few requiring a minimal fee.
The following items will be deducted from your damage deposit if incurred during your stay with us at Point Sebago:
1. Any parking violations (either in a car or golf cart). Park only where permitted during your stay.
2. The cottage should be cleaned completely prior to departure. It should be left exactly as you found it upon your arrival. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from damage deposit if cleaning is necessary.

Why the Owner Chose Casco
We bought at Pt. Sebago after a visit on a Labor Day Weekend package. We arrived on a Thursday night, and had never been here before. We had vacationed at Lake Winnipesaukee for 10 years, and after being here 1 day, we bought not 1, but 2 resort cottages. It has everything our family could want. The added benefit is that whether your children are 2 years old or 22, they always want to come spend time with you at the Point.

My wife Sandy manages the rentals, and personally inspects the cottage prior to your arrival, to insure every detail has been addressed. Great people to rent from! Home was as advertised, clean and neat. The resort was a lot of fun, lots to do. This location allows easy walking distance to lake and activities.

The place was beautiful and was just as advertised. Our family has stayed at many vacation rental properties, but this was one of the best times we have ever had. The cottage was immaculate and very close to all of the Point Sebago action. We will be back every year and we want to stay in this cottage everytime we return. Paul & Sandy don't ever sell it, and if you do sell it to us.
