  A group of us (4 couples) just came back from Seven Springs (President's Day weekend) and just loved this property. Jaime answered every question we had leading up to our check in date which was very helpful. We lucked out with the weather, it snowed on and off the entire time we were there so the ski-out trail behind the house was usable, however the shuttle stop is just around the corner from the front door. Everything in the townhouse was in great conditions, spacious rooms and great living/family room. We had a great time hanging around fireplace after a full day (and some night) of skiing! The kitchen was fully loaded with appliances, which allowed us to bring groceries for breakfast and dinner helping us save some cash by not having to eat out the entire time. We all wished we would've stayed a whole week!! We will definitely look for this property next time we go up to Seven Springs. Thank you Jaime for opening up your home to our group, we really enjoyed it!!

  Our family LOVED the townhome. It was very clean, open and airy and very well maintained. The loft was perfect with the sleeper sofa for that added sleeping arrangements. The sofa's in the livingroom were so comfy it was hard to get anyone off them. lol The owner was very nice. Responded quickly to emails and phone calls. We definitelty will be staying there again. The location was great. Thinking about going up for the summer now. I would definitely recommend this townhome to family and freinds as long as it's not when I want to go. haha

  We combined two families (4 adults, 4 kids) for a one week stay (the 3rd week of December 2012) at this beautiful town home. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with the things that you usually forget (i.e. coffee filters). We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

  I have to say that this townhouse exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, the photos do not do it justice. I am very particular about where I stay, and I was so pleased with this updated, beautiful townhouse. I loved the granite countertop, the large kitchen island with stools, the jetted tub, and the two-story cathedral ceiling. I also liked that it was an end-unit and you'd never know there were neighbors. It was very private. In addition, the furniture is so very comfortable. I can't wait to come back with my friends! There's nowhere else at Seven Springs I would consider staying! It's also very convenient that there's a free shuttle that takes you to the resort. We were here in the fall, but if you come in the summer, the community pool is across from the unit. The deck was also very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed including a good coffee maker. I have already recommended this unit to my neighbor, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone going to Seven Springs. I can't imagine you could find a nicer, more updated unit there.

  Our family spent a long Labor Day weekend at this townhome. We felt at home and ammenities were more than expected. Everything was so clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. The process for renting, checking in and out was made so easy and clear. It was so kind of the owner to allow our dogs to join us. The area is great for any outside activity. Winter must be beautiful with the large windows, great deck and the trail right outside. Hope to return at some point.

  Our family of 8 stayed for 4 nights and had a fabulous time! The townhouse rooms were very cozy, beautiful kitchen and open concept made it easy for all of us to be together. Having the pool so close by was great as we used it everyday! We also took advantage of most of the activities Seven Springs had to offer! The owner was very pleasant and answered in questions I had before renting. We made great memories and look forward to doing it again! Overall this was a great rental experience!!

  This is a fantastic place. Everything about it was perfect. The location is right near the pool and recreation area. In the back of the property is a great trail to walk the dog. The property was very clean and well-maintained. We will rent this property again.

  We enjoyed our stay and the unit was perfect for our small group of 4. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the large deck in the back. Would like to visit again in the summer to take advantage of the pool and hot tub located within steps of the unit. Jaime was very nice to deal with and overall our experience was great.

  Our family of 10 (7 adults, 3 grandchildren (7yrs,5yrs & 6 months) ) stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter holiday and enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse looked exactly like the pictures, all the rooms were very cozy, beautiful kitchen and open concept made it easy for all of us to be together even while cooking. The boys loved the basketball court right across the unit, the dogs ran in the back yard. The owner was such a pleasure to deal with, he answered all our questions. The property was very clean & well maintained. The only upset we had was the mattresses were not very comfortable but we would recommend this unit & we will rent it again in the near future.

  Spent a week at this unit first weekend three adults, two kids and a dog. Second weekend 5 adults and a dog. Was great to be in a unit that accepts dogs. So much better than having to put her in a boarding facility for a week. Unit looks just like the pictures, and even though no natural snow the first weekend we took advantage of walking to the trail. Just make sure you have your lift ticket first because it's quite a hike at the base of the mountain to the ticket window. Lots of high end appliances which is nice - Cuisinart coffee maker, 4 slice toaster and Osterizer blender. The biggest complaint is the dry heat and the temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs, neither of which the owner has any control. Nothing that a pan of water on the stove and bedroom windows open with the doors & vents closed won't solve! We had a few issues that were easily and quickly resolved. All of which were "user error" on our part. Jamie called and emailed quickly to help us resolve We would definitely recommend and consider renting this unit again.
