Thanks Ron & Pam for the darling touches that made our 2012 Christmas special in your cabin. Your directions were spot on and there was plenty of room to park our ATV trailer. It was devine to be close to Luray for movies, groceries, etc., yet out in the country away from the maddening crowds. Allowing our dogs to join us made our holiday more memoriable. Rest assured we'll tell everyone, this is the place to rent. Jayne, Jen & MattRecommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Year Purchased: 2002
About the owner: We are Ronald and Pam Shenk. We have lived in the area all our lives and raised a family here. We have three grown children and two grandchildren that still live in the area. Our cabins are located on land that has been a part of Ronald's family for many years. We hope you enjoy your stay here and feel right at home!!
Why the Owner Chose Luray:
This cabin was built in 2002 by Ronald from logs from a nearby property and sawn on his sawmill. The plans were drawn by Ronald from seeing a cabin in TN while visiting Gatlinburg,
We thought our guests would enjoy the wooded area that the cabin was built in while enjoying the birds and deer that visit almost eveyday!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The cabin is furnished with the touches of antiques throughout. Lots of guests enjoy the country decor and pieces of history of yesterday.
The porches are a unique feature with the screened in area for enjoying a meal with the family or the front porch swing to enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful surroundings.
