Why the Owner Chose Ellicottville:
We are Canadians who live in the Niagara area. Family are skiers and snowboarders. Met husband in and Austrian ski resort, just outside Innsbruck; Kissingbridge is a natural choice of location for a vacation rental as it is the closest ski resort from our home. It offers easy access between 2 borders. We also love the natural setting of our subdivision. We are surrounded by tall majestic trees; deers run around and graze peacefully year round around the complex. The subdivision is a good mix of year round and seasonal residential homes, chalets and townhouse complex. It is a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this Chalet:
Apart from skiing, boarding & tubing that Kissingbridge offers, the chalet is close to the major shopping areas and great dining in Buffalo area. During the spring and summer months, Sprague Brook State Park offers a lot of hiking and mountain biking trails, tennis courts, picnic areas as well as a couple of ponds for some fishing. The quaint little towns around the area offer great opportunities for antiquing. During the fall season, festivals abound and colours on the rolling hills are stunning. For the football enthusiasts, the Ralph Wilson stadium is a 20 minute drive from the chalet.
The chalet is roughtly 25-30 minutes drive north of Ellicottville. Some of our renters divide their ski and board time between Kissingbridge and Holiday Valley in Ellicottvile.
