    This was our third year at this condo on Indian Rocks Beach, it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are lots of dishes and pots and pans if you like to cook for yourself, if not there are several restaurants with in walking distance. Our favourites were T.Js and Keegans, The Kooky Coconut is always good for dessert. home made ice craem or sorbet. The beach is wonderful to walk on and everyone staying at the condo was friendly. The owner Sam is wonderful to deal with, we had one minor issue which was dealt with promptly , nothing is too much trouble. We love this place so much we have booked again for next year.

    We had the most wonderful time in this gorgeous Condo on the 10th floor. The view is to die for, watching the sunset on the balcony with a glass of wine was pure heaven. Sam the owner was a joy to work with, if any problems or questions he was there almost immediately. The restaurants are so near and everyone we went to we loved.............especially Salt Rock Grill and Guppys. We would highly recommend this Unit, clean, beautifull white tiles all through, everything you need in the kitchen.....whats not to like???????? Two very happy vacationers, Worcestershire, England

    Have vacationed along the Gulf Coast for many years and this tenth floor Southwest corner condo has the best - spectacular actually - unobstructed views of the Gulf as the beach curves away to the Southeast that I've encountered. Nice pool. Shopping easily accessable by car. Will stay again. PS: The Marlin Darlin restaraunt on W. Bay Blvd was a find. Same owners and great menue as the Salt Rock Grill on Gulf Blvd at about 1/3-1/2 the price.

    We spent two great weeks in this beautiful, clean and well appointed condominium. The views of the gulf, the spectacular sunsets and the sounds of the surf made this the perfect getaway. Owner, Sam, was a delight to work with and all was just as promised on his website. In the words of Karen Blixen- "The cure for anything is salt water: tears, sweat, or the sea." Get yourself down there. Thanks, Sam. We'll be back!

    My mother, daughter and I had a great time at this place over Fall Break. The unit, while a little dated and not overly decorated, was exactly as presented -- clean, functional and comfortable with incredible views of the gulf from the 10th floor screened patio as well as from inside the unit via the side windows. The fact that this is a corner unit is one of its greatest strengths. Even from inside, you can enjoy views of the gulf from nearly every space in the condo. The condo property itself is a little dated but well maintained by friendly people. The condo was an quick drive from the Tampa airport. Loved having the full size washer and dryer. Bath towels and bed linens were all nice and fresh. Beds were comfy. Water pressure, fabulous. Walk to pool and hot tub was easy, even for my 83-year-old mother. Grounds were beautiful. Complex was quiet, geared toward older folks. High speed elevator and covered parking were wonderful. Heated pool, hot tub, and pool restrooms all kept very nice and clean. Owner was helpful and easy to work with. We have stayed in many condos both in the panhandle and Tampa areas of FL, and this one, while not fancy, ranks as one of our favorites because of the views. You don't have to worry about pool noise here; you can just sit in the chaise lounge on the screened porch and listen to the sounds of the Gulf. We most enjoyed shell hunting, walking the beach, St. Johns Pass, Mixon Fruit Farm, and dining out at Crabby Bill's, PJ's, Lighthouse Donuts, and Conch Republic.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

    We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, spacious condo on the 10th floor overlooking the Gulf. The condo was well appointed and secure. The weather was gorgeous, hot tub and pool area very nice and clean. Indian Rocks beach is wide and wonderful for daily walks along the shore. We enjoyed several great nearby restaurants includng Guppy's and Salt Rock Grill. Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to come back again soon!

    The condo was perfect! We loved the close proximity to the beach. The condo was very family friendly (we have 2 kids ages 6 & 7). We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We loved the short walk to the Cooky Cocunut for ice cream. It was very easy dealing with the owner. We would definitely come back again.

    Last year we had a brilliant holiday in this condo. It was so good we came back for a second time this year to find it was equally good. For us, travelling from the UK with small children it is perfect. After a long journey you can walk right in and relax as it is beautifully uncluttered, clean and above all else safe. Windows are secure and cupboards are not full of things that can harm. We noticed small objects that have changed from one year to the next which for us is proof of Sam's care and attention to maintain items in the condo. We had the pleasure of meeting Sam whilst in the condo when there was a minor problem. I emailed late one night, his response was immediate and he arrived early the next morning by arrangement to fix the problem. We were very impressed with the level of service and it is clear he is ready and willing to address any reasonable concerns. This is a fabulous location with stunning views from the windows and balcony. It is within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance of several restaurants although I suggest you take a stroller for little ones as it is probably a little too far for them to walk in the heat. Our children are three and five and got maximum use of the pool and beach. They also really enjoyed the crazy golf on Gulf Boulevard. There is very little I would change in this condo. If I was to suggest one thing it would be to include some tourist information such as the restaurant guide,trolley bus guide or at least directions to where the visitor/welcome centre and AAA are located. We know the area well so for us it isn't a problem but the welcome centre is useful and you can buy tickets that offer good deals for Busch Gardens and Seaworld. The AAA sells advance tickets for Disney. Orlando is only 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive depending on the traffic. Overall we could not find anything to complain about at this condo and we hope to book another stay here in the future.

    When my family and I arrived, we were amazed at the great views of the ocean and the inter-coastal. We had our own private beach that was away from the busier beaches. The condo was very spacious and clean. We felt this was the perfect place to stay.

    Great condo,all reviews are true.I was very disappointed that upon arrival the pool is closing for two weeks with no notification this is what I shop for a condo with a pool and beach front was not happy and claimed to know nothing of it, also beach rejuvination will be taking place soon so you will not have beach access. One would think the condo association would notify owners of such?? I was told I would receive 100.00 refund, I would have rather had the pool , I did not consider this appropriate compensation. I only get ,if I'm lucky one trip to FL. a year and this was very unexpected. I will be sure to ask more questions next time.

Thank you for enjoying our wonderful vacation condo with beautiful views being directly on the beach and recommending it was as advertised. As the vacationer stated the condo association closed the pool for urgent repairs that disrupted this vacationer's use of the pool for only 4 days. But then again the beautiful Gulf of Mexico was approximately 30 feet from the lobby for wonderful memories and relaxation. Being owners and not living there, information is sometimes not readily available, like when it rains, your flight was delayed, the condo association makes decisions for the entire community without checking with us first, or you have the most perfect time on the beach since you are suppose to being enjoying the down time. We have been more than understanding with some vacationers in trying to please them and usually they understand and have a wonderful time. But there is a select few that allows life to be upsetting and will continue to make everyone around them just as unhappy. For that we say, life is so precious and everyone should enjoy the wonderful times we have being healthy and happy. Sincerely Sam.

    This condo is a corner unit on the 10th floor of the building. The view is AMAZING! It is very clean and very well maintained. It is also quite spacious and bright since one entire wall of the living room/kitchen area is filled with four windows. We love the white tile floor, which makes it very easy to clean up any spills (since I have two young children). The kitchen is very well stocked. It has everything you can possibly think of. The buidling is located in a quiet neighborhood, but that's what we wanted. We didn't mind the 10 minutes drive to Pier 60 and Clearwater beach where the crowds are. We enjoy the relaxing atomsphere this place provides. It is also very convenient to shopping. There is a Publix a mile away from the condo. There are also several nice little restaraunts within walking distance (eg. Crabby Bill, Kooky Coconut etc) There is also a Nature's trail right across the street which is pretty neat. There is also a kid's playground at the end of the trail. This particular unit has covered parking which is a huge plus. We loved everything about this unit. Every morning we would have breakfast on the balcony and take in the fresh ocean air and the amazing view of the ocean. We also enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset every night from the balcony. Sam, the owner was very nice and respectful. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns promptly. Highly recommend this place, will definitely return.

    This was our second year staying in this lovely condo, it has everything we need and is well maintained. We liked the fact that we could walk to several restaurants and the drug store. The view from this unit is second to none, the sunsets are amazing. The beach is fantastic and good for walking . We love this place so much we have already booked for next year. Sam the owner is very easy to deal with and answered any questions we had. I would recomend this unit to family and friends. If you stay here you have to try The Cookie Coconut, fantastic home made ice cream .

    This is a very special vacation condo. My husband and I absolutely loved our time here. We watched beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, eating bar, diningroom table, master bedroom, and balcony = WOW! The beach was fabulous: great beach walking and shelling. We watched dolphins in the Gulf and played in the waves. Condo had everything we needed, and more. The photos of the condo are accurate. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. Yes, we will be back!!!

    We had a 2 month stay in this wonderful condo. The view was as described, just awesome! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and the beds were the best we have ever had in any rentals. Anything we needed the owner saw to immediately. The building was great and the pool and hottub was kept up impeccably. People in the building were friendly and helpful and we felt very comfortable there. You wont regret renting this unit and will love the area!

    For the moment we walked into the condo in this unit for our vacation it immediately exceeded our expectations. With numerous windows facing the gulf of mexico, we were met with a direct overlook to the setting sun over the gulf of mexico. If you are looking for the perfect beach spot this is it. The unit was largely spaced with brand new appliances, furniture, and beds giving it a great feeling and atmosphere. There is a large balcony that over looks the beach and gives you a A+ view of the sea. The beach and surrounding pool areas are everything you could be looking for in a beach getaway. The owner provided everything we would have ever needed and was prompt when we had any questions. Me and my fellow guests loved every moment of our beach experience and would recommend booking this condo to anyone that is looking to get away to a completely relaxing beach retreat. We will for sure be returning in the future.

    We have just spent one week in this condo and we liked it very much, especially our 3 year old son. This condo is exactly as described. Very quiet place and nicely decorated. The tiles covering the floor are very refreshing after a day at the beach and also easy to clean. The pool is a nice place to relax, the water temperature is perfect!!! We a lot of nice and friendly people at the complex. The 10th floor condo was ideal to watch the new year's eve fireworks. Sam was wonderful to work with and very helpful. Every day we explored a new place and we have plenty other to discover …. probably, next time. We will definitely be back with family and friends.

    Lucie (Fonthill, Ontario, Canada) I have spent a month in this condo in november 2011. The condo was well situated on the beach. It is a large condo with a very nice balcony. The 2 problems we encountered was that is was not very clean to start with and that there was cockroaches. Therefore I would not return.

    Owner response: Thank you for your comments weather good or not so good. Since you were one of our first one month or longer vacationers we are so sorry you felt the vacation condo was not to your level of cleanliness. If you had contacted us we would have corrected that issue immediately by sending out the cleaning team to freshen-up/thoroughly clean the areas of concern (balcony from salt and wind deposits). We offer our cleaning services for the longer stay vacationers, so you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico without the bother of cleaning. As for the bugs (3), the vacation condo is protected on an automatic service for spraying and this has not been an issue. However since Florida is a tropical environment the palmettos (cockroaches) can hitchhike on/in almost anything that comes to the vacation condo. We are not making an excuse since we too do not like the palmettos in our vacation homes. Again a simple call and we would have corrected the issue immediately. Please accept our apologies and thank you for your comments. We try our best to provide the highest standards for all our vacationers, and have made the required adjustments to ensure cleanliness and your happiness is our number one concern for vacationers.     We vacation a minimum of two times a year, staying on the gulf beaches and this was by far the best accomodations that we have had. It is a 1300 square foot, a corner unit and is facing the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has everything that you would need and is extremely clean. There was even a wine cooler in the kitchen. When you first walk in, the view starts immediately, and you just stand there and say WoW. The only concern we had was, when can we book this again.     The condo was top notch and overlooked the beach and had a great view of the ocean. Samuel was very pleasant to work with and you can tell he cares about his customers. We booked last minute after a diversion from South Carolina due to hurricane Irene and Samuel went out of his way to book us with ease!

    I am a firm believer in reading the reviews of condo rentals, this one was everything I expected and more. After many attempts at talking my husband into taking a vacation he finally agreed. This spot could not have been more perfect,even our two teenage kids loved it. There was everything from wave runners to go cart racing to keep us busy. We even rented a boat for an afternoon, but I think our favorite thing was simply playing in the waves and relaxing on the beach. Most evenings we would walk down the street to the Kooky Coconut for an ice cream. The condo was large and immaculate. Our beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking spices and oils. We enjoyed using some of the beach "stuff" such as chairs and umbrellas. My husband has already been talking about our return trip for next year. I can't wait. I look forward to staying again next year. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

    Before renting this condo we read all the previous reviews and they were all correct, this unit was exactly as described, shows pride of ownership, extremely clean and very well equipped. The views were spectacular, especially with it being an end unit, plenty of windows and light, and the sunsets were amazing. The owner was very prompt at answering any questions. We had no concerns whatsoever, everything in our opinion was perfect. There were quite a few bars, restuarants, ice cream parlours and gift shops within walking distance. The beach was wonderful and stretches for miles, great for walking/running. We would definitely return to this unit and definitely recommend it to family and friends. Here's to next year!!!

    We had a wonderful time ! The condo was very nice and clean, plenty of room four us 4, we have 2 children 5 and 7. Great location for a relaxed time on the beach. The beach was beautiful, quiet, perfect for small children. Really appreciated the covered parking space ! Would without hesitation give this reference to friends and family !

    We had a fabulous vacation at this condo and are looking forward to coming back again. It is a clean, spacious and well maintained. We have two small children and found it suited our needs very well. We Watch out for a manatee swimming by in the gulf at low tide on a calm day. We saw one three times. Twice we were in the water and third time we had an amazing view from the balcony! Sam is great to deal with. He gave us reliable information when we asked questions about the condo as we were concerned about the suitability/safety of small children and always responded very quickly. Thank you for a great stay.

    This Condo was with great views, and was very "Clean"! Loved the views from the 10th floor and the confort of home. Would stay there again, can't wait to go back! I would recommend this Condo to my friends and family. Lots of resturants and shopping close by.

    A Fantastic place to vacation & relax. The condo was excellent , everything the web site promised and more. A great view of the ocean and wonderful sunsets seen from the balcony. The unit is spacious and clean, very well maintained. Fabulous beach, great for walking, numerous restaurants near by, our favorite was Keegan's & Kooky Coconut icecream. We loved this unit so much we have booked again for next year. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend this spot.

    This was our third experience at Indian Rocks Beach and each stay has been very enjoyable! We really feel at home walking the beach, going to awesome restaurants and soaking up the sunshine. We loved staying in Samuel's condo- roomy, light, sound of the waves, fresh air through open windows, fantastic sunsets! The condo has nice furnishings, much cooking gear, towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs, internet- all the "important" things of life! We cooked shrimp, scallops, tuna and drank margaritas with great ease while watching the sun go down! My husband and I would love to stay in Samuel's condo during spring break again next year.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

    We enjoyed our stay. The unit ia in a very good location. It was very cold while we were there,so we were in the condo a lot Everything you need is there except beach towels and throws for watching TV. You can walk to restaurants.Samuel was very easy to work with. We are looking for for a return WARM visit!!!

    We stayed two weeks at this property. It was even better than described in the listing; how can you describe a fabulous sunset, wind surfers, and even a marooned cruise ship right out your window. It was well-maintained, clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed on a vacation. If you're looking to rent please contact the owner of this property; he will answer any question very promptly. You won't find a better deal between St. Pete and Clearwater, believe me, because I spent a lot of time looking.

    The condo was a perfect place for my wife to recuperate after surgery. Comfortable seating, an open & airy atmosphere, very clean & Sam was good to deal with. A nice, large pool & amiable people. I certainly would highly recommend. The only negative I can think of was the added wrapping or protection around the pillows. I understand the principal behind it, but didn't like the feel. Also, what is with Florida and no recycling??

    A very well appionted apartment with supurb views along the gulf, well equipped with everything one would need for a home away from home. Have holidayed on Indian Rocks Beach for the last 15 years and this is as good as it gets.

    Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation for a week at this condo. The condo was a terriffic corner unit as described with gorgeous views of the Gulf. We enjoyed the screened in balcony every night, in fact, one night there was a beautiful light show over the Gulf from a thunderstorm miles off shore. The unit was clean and well maintained and the owner addressed all questions promptly. The Indian Rocks beach is quiet and not as crowded as the nearby beaches. We enjoyed the local restaurants immensely. Yes, we will definitely consider renting again next year.

    Our family of four stayed here from July 6-12 and had a great time. The condo was spotless and in an excellent location. The building was great and we had no complaints about the condo. Everything was as expected or better. We compared it to other properties and this was a very nice building - clean, quiet, secure and friendly. The unit has an amazing view and is roomy and very comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer.

    Good view, nice screened balcony, updated unit, corner unit, good security, covered parking. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Next year we hope not so much rain will be scheduled. :)

    My family and I enjoyed one of our favorite vacations at Reflections on the Gulf. This unit was exactly as described with excellent views and many welcoming features. The property was newly remodeled and nicely furnished. From one of the best vantage points on the beach you can see for miles in every direction. The master bedroom and balcony have breathtaking views of the Gulf while the second bedroom overlooks the intercoastal waterway. The private beach and pool are nicely maintained and offer a pleasant relaxing escape from the crowds. Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet town with plenty of things to do within walking distance. The owner was very helpful, courteous, and accessible. You will not be disappointed with this property. We found everything to be first rate, very nice, and clean. We plan to return next year and beyond.

    My wife and I throughly enjoyed our vacation in this condo. The unit was well appointed, clean, quiet and met all our expectations. It was especially nice having a corner unit that allows wonderful views of the gulf. Covered parking and wireless internet access were also a plus. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning ourselves.
