Sitting on a Cliff overlooking the White River section of Beaver Lake the Cliff House has some of the best views anywhere in the Ozarks. It's like sitting in a tree house or grab an adult beverage and go out to the covered pavillion and climb in the hot tub... anytime of year it's a great spot. If you are coming to NW Arkansas for a HOGS game or any other event... this is the place to stay!
The Cliff House has been gutted and remodeled in 2009/2010. This lovely lakefront 3 bedroom 2 bath house sits atop a cliff and has awesome views of the White River and Beaver Lake and there is a neighborhood boat ramp only steps from the house.
This is also a great area for 4 wheelers and mountain bikes with trails through the woods and along the White River.
Sit in the large living room or on our deck or in the hot tub under a coverd pavillion and look out at one of the best views anywhere in the Ozarks and watch the abundant wildlife. Excellent spot to just sit and relax and enjoy the great views of the Ozark Mountains or walk down to the water and climb in a canoe or kayak or take the boat for a cruise. This property is one of four we own and was recently added to our vacation rentals and has been totally renovated in the Winter of 2010 and will be ready by Spring 2010.
Sit on the deck or under our outdoor pavilion or climb in the hot tub and enjoy what has to be one of the best views anywhere in the Ozarks. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house was totally remodeled the Winter of 2010 with new paint, plumbing, floors and fixtures. This house has a great room with the kitchen, dinning room and living room all connected with great views of the White River & Beaver Lake. Wake up and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and sit in the living room or on our deck and look out at one of the best views anywhere. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows all with breathtaking views of Beaver Lake and it's own private bath. There are two other bedrooms and another full size bath and as with all of our properties... all of the conveniences of home with all of the cookware, silverware, dishes that you will need to entertain. In addition all of a our properties also have dishwashers, microwave ovens, washer/dryers and TVs/DVDs players w/cable in virtually every room... rain or shine our properties are designed for you to have a great time.
Sit under the covered awning or on the deck of the Cliff House and enjoy one of the best views in the Ozarks. Sitting on limestone bluffs with a gentle steps down to the White River portion of Beaver Lake. You ae close to University of Arkansas, Dickson Street and beautiful Fayetteville square... the Cliff House... beautiful and historic Eureka Springs and all that it has to offer including the Passion Play is less than an hour away as is War Eagle Mill and some of the best hiking, canoeing, fishing and kayaking anywhere in the country at many of our rivers; White River, Buffalo, Mulberry, and state parks Devil's Den, Pea Ridge, Praire Grove and local towns of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bella Vista and Bentonville. If you have very young children one of our other properties may work best for you. The Cliff House is your best choice for viewing nature, hiking, fishing, kayaking and canoeing anywhere in the Ozarks and on Beaver Lake. This property is a great house not only to view nature but to interface with it. If you are a boater, fisherman, birdwatcher, kayaker, canoer, hiker... this is the place for you. When lake levels are high you can actually fish right from our deck or take a few steps down our cliff steps to the water's edge. The Cliff House is located in Fayetteville Arkansas and is a great place to stay if you are coming up for vacation, Bikes Blues and BBQ, a ball game or just a weekend trip.

We came for the weekend to visit our daughter at the University of Arkansas. This rustic lakehouse was the perfect spot for family time and was just a short drive to Razorback Stadium. So much better than staying in a hotel and fighting all the crowds in Fayetteville on a busy University weekend.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great place to stay and good people. Sandy was very accomadating. The house was clean and any issues were promptly taken care of. Bring your GPS. You will need it to find this place. Bikers beware, large rock gravel parking with very little turn around space. LOTS of deer at night, go slow. We saw no less than five each night. Would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up Roadkingat55Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed here for a football weekend. The game was fun, Hogs won, but I would have liked to have more time at the house. The view was just awesome. Take your binoculars if you are a birdwatcher. We saw everything from woodpeckers to hawks. We watched a heron catch his breakfast out of the river as we were having our breakfast. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because of thunderstorms in the area but we did brave the rain long enough to use the grill. Don't expect fancy decor, but you will have everything you need and again, the view is spectacular. Plus we had something that needed to be fixed and the owners took care of that right away. We plan to go back and have already recommended it to friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

All of our properties are set up like homes with all the amenities you would expect and then some! All of our houses are lake front, with access to the water, great lake and mountain views and have hot tubs. We hope you enjoy our properties as much as we and our family has... This park like setting is ideal for relaxing and enjoying great views of Beaver Lake, all the wildlife and the beautiful surrounding Ozark Mountains!
