This unit has a direct ocean view and is located directly across the street from the Miami Beach Convention Center, 2 blocks to the Ocean and 2 blocks to Lincoln Road.
This completely renovated unique 1,000 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and bathroom in each room and the living room has a queen size sofa bed. The unit sleeps 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). This property has a flat screen HD Plasma TV, DVD & VHS player, full cable, wireless internet, 24 hour security/valet, gated entry, Wine Cooler, stove, oven, washing machine and dryer, iron, blow dryer, and luxury fresh linens. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in California Closet and vanity area. There is a Pack-n-Play for babies or toddlers. This unit also comes with 2 gated assigned parking spaces.
IMPORTANT: This vacation condo is not a party property. Parties are not allowed and this is strictly enforced. All applicants must provide personal information for security purpose as we enforce a strict code to all residents for the safety and comfort of others.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:
A security deposit is required for all stays; $300.00-$500.00 for 1-7 Days, 7+ Days $500.00 - $1,000. Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 3-5 days after check out, minus any damages if any.
CLEAN UP FEE AND TAX REQUIREMENT:
10% tax + $150.00 clean-up fee apply to all reservations.

I stayed in this condo with my family for a week in February and we had an excellent stay. The apartment is perfectly located (close to the shops, the beach...), and it's really spacious and well equiped. It has everything you need to cook and have a proper meal in. The fact that it has 2 ensuite bathrooms is so convenient, and makes it perfect for 2 couples. There's everything you need to make your stay more comfortable, even a compilation of leaflets and addresses of places to visit etc. Also, the owner is very nice and helpful. I had her on the phone beforehand -it's always nice to know who you're renting a flat from. And on our day of departure, she even let us keep the apartment until the evening as we had a late flight. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a nice big apartment to stay in Miami beach. Thanks again Stacey for this great stay!Owner response: Thank you very much for you wonderful review. Our family had a GREAT stay and this wonderful condo. Stacy has done a good job at having everything that you need to enjoy your stay,including a few surprises! The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable,especially the heavenly beds! It's a quiet area in a quiet building. Our family enjoyed the pool and sauna, and short walks to South Beach to play in the ocean. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I, along with another couple, rented the condo for 4 days last month. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It is very spacious and furnished with everything you need. Although we rented a car, we did not have to use it much. The location of the condo is within walking distance to everything! We walked to South Beach and Lincoln Rd. Mall in a matter of minutes. You can't go wrong with this condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

Professional owner/landlord - would respond to email very promptly. Great location - close to Collins Ave., Lincoln Street, the beach, grocery stores, restaurants; parking; pool and gym access; reliable wi-fi; modern kitchen. Minor quibbles: linen in the second bedroom were not very clean; very poor window insulation (a lot of noise at night even at the 14th floor).Owner response: Thank you for your review, it is much appreciated. I apologize for the not so clean linen. New linens have been purchased.

What a wonderfull way to start a cruise vacation. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, sight seeing, beaches etc. Every time for 3 days when we returned and entered, we fealt at home in this beautifull, clean and spacious condo, and not to forget, the lovely white linen, towels and comfortable beds. The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The things I enjoy the most about my condo are being able to run or jog along the ocean in the sand or on the boardwalk in the morning or evening, the amazing sunrises and sunsets, being able to walk a few blocks to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Walking along Lincoln Road (where there are dozens of stores and restaurants they have a market on Sundays with vendors selling flowers, antiques, pictures, jewelry, etc.) During season, I also enjoy the Miami Beach Art Festival, Miami International Boat Show and the South Beach Food & Wine Festival to name a few. These are just a few things that I enjoy about owning a condo in South Beach.
