Our family had a GREAT stay and this wonderful condo. Stacy has done a good job at having everything that you need to enjoy your stay,including a few surprises! The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable,especially the heavenly beds! It's a quiet area in a quiet building. Our family enjoyed the pool and sauna, and short walks to South Beach to play in the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo!

My husband and I, along with another couple, rented the condo for 4 days last month. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It is very spacious and furnished with everything you need. Although we rented a car, we did not have to use it much. The location of the condo is within walking distance to everything! We walked to South Beach and Lincoln Rd. Mall in a matter of minutes. You can't go wrong with this condo.

Professional owner/landlord - would respond to email very promptly. Great location - close to Collins Ave., Lincoln Street, the beach, grocery stores, restaurants; parking; pool and gym access; reliable wi-fi; modern kitchen. Minor quibbles: linen in the second bedroom were not very clean; very poor window insulation (a lot of noise at night even at the 14th floor).

Perfect place for perfect stay

I stayed in this condo with my family for a week in February and we had an excellent stay. The apartment is perfectly located (close to the shops, the beach...), and it's really spacious and well equiped. It has everything you need to cook and have a proper meal in. The fact that it has 2 ensuite bathrooms is so convenient, and makes it perfect for 2 couples. There's everything you need to make your stay more comfortable, even a compilation of leaflets and addresses of places to visit etc. Also, the owner is very nice and helpful. I had her on the phone beforehand -it's always nice to know who you're renting a flat from. And on our day of departure, she even let us keep the apartment until the evening as we had a late flight. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a nice big apartment to stay in Miami beach. Thanks again Stacey for this great stay!

What a wonderfull way to start a cruise vacation. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, sight seeing, beaches etc. Every time for 3 days when we returned and entered, we fealt at home in this beautifull, clean and spacious condo, and not to forget, the lovely white linen, towels and comfortable beds. Thank you Stacey for all your friendliness, help and advise which made our visit a real experience.

Great stay in South Beach

My two friends and I had a fantastic time in South Beach and it was a pleasure to use Stacey's condo as our home base. We were able to easily walk to bars, restaurants, shops and beaches nearby, and the parking was a huge plus for our rental car as well. Would love to stay there again in the future!

Perfect South Beach Location

We spent 10 days at the condo and were so pleased. We had all the comforts of home right in the heart of South Beach. The condo is very well appointed with all the amenities we needed. Having internet access was important to us so my husband could stay connected to his clients on "vacation". The gym was adequate for what we needed and saved us from extra gym fees. The location is perfect, within walking distance to countless restaurants, the beach and shopping if that's your thing. Everything was in great working order and excellent quality. I even christened the rice cooker! We're used to needing to purchase household items like handsoap, and garbage liners and appreciate the "cooperative" philosophy of renting this way. We were able to use items others had left, and we left items we didn't want to take with us. I would highly recommend this property and we would certainly stay again. We even met your neighbor who introduced us to their 2 year old Boston "terrorist". They said to let them know if we needed anything. Very friendly. From our initial inquiry to our deposit return it was a pleasure to work with you. All our questions were answered, transactions were conducted very professionally and we felt very comfortable making these arrangements from across the country. Thanks for your hospitality Stacey.

This condo is my and 3 of my dear friends' new home-away-from-home (please see some of their comments below...the beautiful Maria & Brenda :). Clean. Spacious. Modern (the pictures speak for themselves). But most importantly, INVITING! We spent an entire afternoon relaxing in delightful chattering laughter, inside this deliciously decorated condo (uh, we could have gone to the beach, but since our own living rooms are on different coasts...you get the picture). So, if you are looking for your perfectly located Miami Beach getaway, surf no further. You’ve found it!

Excellent in every way!

I just loved everything about this condo! Stayed there with 3 girlfriends for a convention and we couldn't have asked for a better condo. Convention center across the street, shopping, restaurants and beaches walking distance therefore no car rental was necessary. Parking spaces available in secured lot on premises if needed and taxi's or free local transportation in an open 5 passenger cart like vehicle is available till 2am daily.The condo is decorated tastefully with contemporary decor, clean, spacious enough for 4 women and all our bags, toiletries, tea and various condiments provided which was so great to get us started, especially coming in late at night and rising early - no need to rush out! Did I mention the doorman/security guards? Lobby door is locked with security on duty at all times! They were friendly and very helpful in answering our questions and hooking us up with a taxi's when needed. We loved it so much we have already booked it for our next convention in May 2012! Thank you Stacy it was a pleasure!

This condo is clean, updated, spacious and beautiful! I love the 2 separate bedrooms, each with their own lovely bathroom! The living room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is perfect: clean, open, updated and with all of the necessities to cook while away from home. There were even tea bags in the cabinet...I was so happy! It was across the street from the Convention Center, which was perfect for me b/c I was taking classes there. It was also a 5 minute walk to the beach and near local restaurants and other hotels. Overall, I would highly recommend this great condo while staying in Miami!

I have to say that this place is perfect in every way.........From the location being pretty much walking distance to everything. Shopping, restuarants,clubs,beach,etc............to Stacey providing a clean, and well stocked condo with everything you could imagine needing.Just like home but on vacation.Which is far better than staying in a hotel with the "luxury" of cooking a thing or two for convienience and to save a few bucks......I would highly recomend this condo to anyone traveling to Miami-South Beach and I am looking forward to my return !!! This is a 5 Star condo in a 5 Star location with 5 Star service...

This condo is great! Fully equipped and with a lot of extras (shampoo, bodylotion,hairdryer etc.). There is plenty of space. We were travelling as a party of 6. Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive are in walking distance.You don't need a car, but if you have there are two parking lots. Great because a parking space in this area costs in this area 20 to 35 dollars a day. The owner is very helpful and she answers every question within minutes. It was very easy to book.

Great Location, Great Accomodations, Great Value

This place has everything you need for a week in Miami Beach. It appeared to be recently remodeled with granite countertops in the kitchen and baths. Also new tile work in the baths. Everything was clean and the appliances were all in working order (microwave, toaster oven, washer/dryer, stove). From this 14th floor condo you have a beautiful view of the ocean, which is just a five minute walk. You are also just a short walk to many great restaurants and shopping along Washington and Lincoln. The best part is the owner is VERY repsonsive. You will not have to wait to hear back.

Awesome Place to Stay in South Beach!!!

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The place is even better than the pictures show and Stacey has thought of everything! I really felt at home and it was a hundred times better than staying in a hotel. It has really nice linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom was heaven-sent! Three couples stayed in the apartment and we all had plenty of room and were so comfortable. The security guard JC was the nicest guy ever and we all felt entirely safe in the area. The beach was literally two blocks away as was Lincoln Street. One of our favorite things about the area was two blocks over on Collins Street. There was an awesome Mediterranean restaurant called Sultan's that was the perfect place for a late night gyro and for people watching since it was right next to two great night-clubs and hotels that have clubs in them as well. The best thing about this rental is how wonderful Stacey is! From the very beginning she answered all our questions and concerns and was just a phone call away and willing to give us advice on anything from transportation to where to eat to where to go out at night. All in all, I could not have hoped for a better place to stay and we will definitely be back! I would recommend this place for everyone! It's in a quiet enough place for families and older couples, but close enough to clubs and restaurants for younger people that want to experience the SoBe night life!

A group of three friends and myself stayed in this condo for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. Everything was in order and good condition. The beds were comfortable, there is an excellent beach view from the second bedroom. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The kitchen was also stocked and convenient. Above all, the location is fantastic. Everything is within a comfortable walking distance. Thank you for sharing your home with us. If we are ever in the area, we would love to stay in this condo again.

We spent one week at this apartment january 2011 with group of four people. From the first email we sent to Stacey to the deposit refund after our stay everything went absolutely great. Stacey was so helpful with all the details that everything was almost too easy for us. Apartment was very clean, very well equipped and there was plenty of room for four people and it would have been more than ok for six people as well. Neighborhood was very nice as well and distances to lincoln road, grocery stores, beach and even Ocean drive were short. We have nothing negative to say about our experience. Everything was just excellent.

Great Rental and Wonderful Service

I would first off like to say "thank you" to Stacey the owner. From day 1 she was there to answer every question and concern I had. Her response time was excellent and she was so so helpful. The place was perfect! Clean, remodeled, and plenty big for my group of two couples. We had everything we needed from linens to soap, shampoo, lotion and towels. The location couldn't have been better. This was our first time to South Beach and we were concerned of how close we would be from everything. No need for a rental..even though if you needed one there is two parking spots reserved for the unit. We were in walking distance from everything including the beach, shopping, clubs, and eating. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Miami!

Great condo in a fantastic location!

I stayed here October 23rd-26th with my husband, mother and 10 month old daughter. The unit was nicely updated with everything we needed with the exception of beach towels. The closet in the master bedroom is huge! You can't ask for a better location. We walked to the beach every day in less than 10 minutes. We had dinner at the Delano hotel (delicious!) which was also a 10 minute walk. The shops are with-in a mile so no need for a car. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and a parking space for our rental car. The owner was very helpful and responded to all my questions immediately. She also provided a new pack n play for my daughter to sleep in which was greatly appreciated. The only negative thing we found were the beds because they seemed soft and older. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Diamond in the rough!

This condo at the aptly named Octagon Towers is a diamond in the rough. I can’t recommend it highly enough. This newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo is so tastefully appointed, modern and comfortable that we might have been contented to spend all day inside, which is saying a lot since this is South Beach! The building is conveniently located across from the Miami Beach Convention Center and just 2 blocks to both the beach and Lincoln Road, the famous pedestrian strip filled with neat stores and restaurants. We parked our car in one of two designated spaces in the Tower’s secure gated parking lot. On the way to the lobby is a gym with plenty of weights and machines. When you get off the elevator on the 14th floor, you immediately feel a sense of height due to the large open-air atrium in the center of the Octagon…nice. Stepping into the apartment from the exterior hallway is like stepping into another world. The living room and dining room are large and furnished with fine leather couches and chairs, tables of stainless steel, glass and dark woods. Natural light floods in a multitude of windows, all of which look directly out onto the ocean and beautiful skyline of South Beach. The tile flooring, crown moulding, and painted walls is all new. Everything feels fresh, spacious and clean. My kids were thrilled when they saw the DVD player and large flat-screen TV which comes with practically every cable channel. They also liked the smell of the shampoo and conditioner! My wife was impressed with the full kitchen with granite countertops, wine cellar/fridge and Italian-style halogen lights, the beautiful master bathroom that lets you take a shower looking out at the ocean, functional windows everywhere that can actually be opened, the cherry wood walk-in closet with tons of shelves and so much space that 2 people could probably sleep in it, and a bed as comfortable as those in the finest hotels. I think my favorite room though, is the second bedroom with its span of windows and built-in cushioned seating beneath them. We spent hours sitting there, talking and reading, looking out at the ocean and the hotels and the traffic, and at night the kids would flip a coin to see who got to sleep there vs. the bed. Who would have expected it to be so comfortable! With this built-in seating/sleeping area and the leather couch which converts into a double bed, there’s easily space for 8. By the way, that bedroom can be made private with French doors

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A Wonderful Stay in a South Beach Condo

This condo has lots to offer. It is spacious and is a perfect place to rent out for a family's vacation stay. It's really nice that the building is close to exciting places such as Lincoln Road Mall, but not so close that you can hear all the noise. It is also a very clean unit. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes that you need to cook meals with. It also offers a washer and dryer so that you can do your own laundry. The pool for this property is quite fun and is even nice at night because the water temperature is warm.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.
