  My husband and I feel lucky to have found this pet friendly condo. The accommodations were clean and well equipped with a location close to town. Sean, the property manager was friendly and helpful. The view from the deck is nothing short of stunning. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, swimming dolphins and "dive-bombing" pelicans. We'll be back!

  The condo is beautiful with a perfect location right on the beach, my family had a marvelous 10 days! Our stay was wonderful, thanks especially to Sean, the property manager who was always helpful and friendly. My kids loved his dog too!

  This was our first time to Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. Condo was wonderful, just what we were looking for. Sean was great, every tiime we saw him he asked us if there was anything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. Would stay there again. Could not have asked for a more friendly town and accomodations.

  Great find in Amelia Island--- Sean was an exceptional Manager - there to assist us in any way...beautiful condo, with everything you need...beautiful ocean front balcony and the beach so private...our kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay and plan to visit again next year.

  What a fabulous find! We brought our big dog, and he had a blast! Even had room for our crate! Sean (property manager) was fabulous! Enjoyed lots of beach, sunrises, walks and easy drives to fabulous Fernandina! LARGE balcony was relaxing and right on the ocean! Thanks for a great spring break! Teenagers are asking to go back again!! I can't wait!

  My family and my dog had the best stay.. Very clean and fully stocked with all you need.. We will always stay here.

  If you want to just relax and get away from the hussle and bussel this is the place to go. The condo was lovely and all of the amenites in the condo were outstanding. I would recommend a girls getaway or a private time away with the one you love. You must love the beach and the ocean because there isn't a lot of activities you have to run off and do. The balcony is enough to rent the place for. This was a very relaxing vacation and would love to stay here again

  We recently stayed in unit 203 July 3-July 10, 2010. The fireworks on the beach were awesome! We really enjoyed the unit as it was clean, well maintained and had a nicely stocked kitchen. Very much felt at home. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can't get any closer to the beach than this unit! We enjoyed watching the dolphins daily trip up the beach and their return late in the evening. The property manager was very easy to deal with. We will definately rent this unit again.
