  The property now has Dish TV! This is a great property, very new and a great relaxing experience! The staff at Vacasa is easy to work with and helpful. The TV channels and variety are excellent or you can just enjoy the time away. Great time I would definitely go back!

  The house was set in a very quiet neighborhood. It was close to the beach and was also a good jump off spot for other areas to explore. The house was in good shape and comfortable, but defiantly needed some TLC on the maintenance side. I have a list of suggestions to pass on to the owner. and am sure that the repairs are simple and cheap fixes. I would stay here again, and all in all considered it a great time. This is the first vacation house we have ever rented so we are not sure if this is normal for house rentals. However we did think that the Vacasa Staff where phenomenal, and so nice to work with. It was a breath of fresh air to find someone who believes in customer service like we do. Thank You Very Much for all your help. We will be booking our next Vacation through you guys. You are officially in our Favorites list.

  I would recommend this vacation rental 100% for large families or for those who are looking for a nice, affordable rental home. Sure this home is not right on the beach, but for families with small children this is a plus. The beach is only a short 15 minute walk or a couple minute drive away. The house is situated in a nice neighborhood. Several times during our stay we woke up to deer grazing in the front yard. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. Our children found toys to play with, including LEGOS! Our boys loved this! They also found sand pails and shovels in a closet and some games. We found TONS to do from our vacation rental in Rockaway Beach. We visited the Tillamook Creamery and Air Museum which were only a short 20 minute drive from RB. The Air Museum was especially exciting for our boys ages 6, 8, & 9. We also spent a lot of time in Seaside and Astoria visiting the many parks related to the Lewis and Clark expedition. Our children were able to receive "Jr Park Ranger" status. We enjoyed the Maritime Museum in Astoria as well. We spent 5 days in Rockaway Beach and there was plenty to do for our family. I am looking forward to another time spent here so we can visit the places we didn't have time to see!

  Rating: 5/5 Family Retreat We stayed here with two couples and three kids under 3. We had such a great time! The place was safe and a nice walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

  Great house for our large group. Clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Cable TV, books, DVDs, nice bedroom beds and a sitting porch - all good for those rainy days. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk down to Rockaway and the beach. Futon in livingroom was not comfortable. Everything else was delightful.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This house feels larger on the inside than it looks from the outside, and easily accommodated our group of 12 (with the help of a couple sleeping bags). The small garden and gazebo in the back yard was a perfect lunch spot. Just a short 10-15 minute walk straight down the road for easy beach access. I recommend this house highly to anyone!

  We had 4 adults and one child in our group, and this house was the prefect lodging option for us. Even though it was not beachside, the distance could be walked or driven (in about one minute). I would most certainly recommend this rental to friends and family next time they take a trip to the Oregon coast!

  Clean, well-stocked, well-maintained. Good layout-plenty of privacy, two bathrooms. Yard is tiny, and needs weeding, but big porch. The description failed to mention how far the property is from the beach (very far). Since we had a young child in our party, this mattered-we had to drive every time. Also, no instructions we available re: locking the keypad lock. We loved the beach and ice cream shop-we did not check out the restaurants. Perfect location for biking-very quiet neighborhood

  Owner response: Thank you for the suggestion with regard to instructions for the keypad lock - we'll start including instructions with the property information. This home is in a nice, newer neighborhood, about half a mile from the beach. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach, or an extremely quick drive.
