  We had the pleasure of spending five weeks at this lovely and peaceful home which exceeded our expectations. Private, secure and spacious enough for our family of four and two dogs. The owners were very kind and went all-out to accommodate us very comfortably. Sarah, the owner's assistant, handled the details of our stay seamlessly from start to finish. She was helpful, considerate and always available to answer questions. This beautiful home is immaculately clean with a gourmet kitchen that would please anyone that loves to cook! Fully-equipped with high-end appliances and fantastic cooking utensils. What a pleasure! Three very comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, complete with new linens and towels as well as specialty soaps. The yard is an oasis, conducive to tranquility and the perfect setting to kick back and enjoy the spectacular Venice climate. Parking was simple and although we had a car, we walked and biked everywhere. Abbot Kinney Blvd. is a quick walk away to,"Intelligentsia" the greatest coffeebar and gathering of people and their dogs. People are friendly and have a wonderful sense of community that is truly Venice. "Gjelina" was a favorite restaurant of ours, also located on Abbot Kinney, great food, hard to reserve but they do take-away orders. Also nearby is a Whole Foods Market which I love for their organic grocery items...another great place to grab a snack and sit outside with the dogs. I will admit, I'm very picky and have rented many homes on VRBO. This one is perfect!

  My family stayed for a week last July and were really impressed with the well equipped kitchen, high end appliances and beautiful, yet comfortable furniture. The house is in a very central location in venice--a short walk to Abbott Kinney with so many great restaurants, bars & shops! The beach is a short drive away, as is the whole foods, santa monica, west hollywood, etc. We are already planning our next visit!

  We stayed here in July while in LA for work and the house was gorgeous. Lots of space and light, a great backyard and an amazing kitchen. Walking distance to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops on Abbot Kinney. Really great!
