Good location on the island. House is comfortable w/plenty of room--especially for families with children. The downstairs functions perfectly as a "dorm" for kids. Beds are comfortable--kitchen is complete--and included golf cart a major plus. Short walk to beach that has built up so there is dry sand at high tide.

We have stayed at Bikini Bottom 2 separate times. We LOVE it. It's great for a lot of children - the kids had the whole downstairs to themselves - leaving the adults in peace upstairs! :) The floor plan is excellent and it's so close to the beach you are almost right on it. You cannot find a house on Fripp that's worth its value like Bikini Bottom. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in the rental!

Very nice house with good facilities. No view to speak of, but we knew that. This is why the rent was more reasonable than others. The property was clean and fairly well maintained. We would recommend this property to others. Nearby activities, attractions and restaurants are adequate.

Dear Berta and Future Guests, After an epic road trip from cold Hillsdale, Michigan, we were delighted to arrive at "Bikini Bottom". Ten of us (Lewis, Peter, Michael, Joel, Britton, Dave, Dennis, Travis Andrew & Mark) are members of the Hillsdale Men's track and field program. a German student, Phil, rounded out our motley crew. We spent many hours in the warm sun on the beach either running, playing frisbee, searching for creatures, reading, golfing (with clubs from the local thrift store) and relaxing. We also made a fun day trip of going to Savannah and Hilton Head while here. Try the "Frosty Frog" and "Sea Shack" while in Hilton Head if you get a chance. The house is lovely and the trip will certainly be a memorable one. Enjoy your stay and enjoy the sun and the stars. This is a unique place to be sure.

We had a wonderful time at Bikini Bottom! We had 6 adults and 4 children, ages 3 1/2, 2, 2, & 1 1/2. We feel like the house had the best location on the island... because of the short walk to the beach and longer beach time during high tides! The golf cart was an added bonus. The kids really loved it! We purchased amenity cards, so we took the cart to the Cabana Club childrens pool almost every day. (The pool is great and has an amazing slide and fountain for the little ones) We also loved being only 1 block away from the Beach Club, and walked there many times to use the pool or get ice cream. The house itself was clean and very spacious. It also had lots of windows and we watched deer eat grass in the yard every day. The bunk beds were also great beacuse the top bunks had rails to keep the kids from falling out. We had a great time here on Fripp. This was our first time. We survived Tropical Tammy. The lights went our the first night but we still had a wonderful time together. As always, we loved our time at Fripp this year! This was our first time in your house and we expecially loved the access to the beach and the wonderful new gas grill. We were very concerned with all the hurricanes brewing this year, but the Lord blessed us with perfect weather. We enjoyed the beach, the pools, seeing the deer, birds and alligators and were quite successful at fishing. A "large" alligator decided to join us in our shrimping area so we decided to buy them this year and keep our limbs. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home. Our entire family considers Fripp Island a little piece of heaven and we are already anticipating our return next year. This house is amazing. We all had a fabulous time here. The first night here we spent hours upon hours of fun putting puzzles together, even though we didn't finish the 1,000 piece one. One night we went on the beach and saw hundres of stars. We liked the dishes and the pictures were so good one of us wanted tosteal them (but we didn't ). The house is even prettier than on the internet. We had never been to a beach where it disappeared during high tide-- it was a wild scene/experience. I had the greatest time ever. I felt like I was in heaven. The waves were big and fun. The waves were so big they washed me into the shore. We got fried. Very fried! I love the deck. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful home! We were very impressed with how homey it is. you have it very well equipped to make many wonderful meals for the entire family. There were 9 of us here, 4 adults and 5 kids and we had a GREAT time! There is so much to do and see. Your access to the beach is very convenient and the location being centralized on the island makes you feel like your in the middle of all the wonderful amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. We swam, went fishing and caught flounder and sand sharks, golfed, collected sand dollars, saw alligators and deer and took the dolphin cruise. We have vacationed each spring break here at Fripp Island for 25 years! This is our first stay in a house rather than a condo. We have alwaysenjoyed the accomadtions but since we now come with our children and 5 grand children the house fit our needs beautifully. Some things we particularly enjoyed was a well stocked kitchen, beds for each person, comfortable funiture, plenty of linens, wood flooring, beautiful yard, and especially the GOLF CART! You have provided "Bikini Bottom" with all the amenities needed for a great vacation!P.S. Fooz Ball was another favorite! We also loved having deer in the yard. Thank you so much for everything! My parents, boyfriend and I have had a woderful time. This was our first trip to Fripp and it has been fabulous to say the least. The weather has been beautiful and we've done our best to take full advantage of it. We've rented bikes, ridden scooters and made castles in the sand. The Brady Bunch was here and we had fun between rain showers. Didn't have to worry about sun burn there wasn't much sun but the hurricane left us alone so we were cool.
