NOTE: This is a loft unit, not a studio. It is on two levels and has two full baths with separate master suite upstairs. It is not one of the smaller studios !! Huge Difference- make sure you understand !!
I will assume since you found this, that you know a little bit about Sapphire Beach Resort. But if not, this is an incredible beach on the island of St. Thomas, located on the East End only half a mile from the town of Red Hook. There are two tennis courts on property, a pool, large marina with every boat trip imaginable, a watersports desk for smaller boats and booking trips, excellent snorkeling directly off the beach, and much more. What you may not know is that this is all part of Sapphire Beach Resort ("SBR"), which is completely different than Sapphire Village or Crystal Cove. Make sure you know which resort you are looking at, since SBR is both the newest and nicest, and is the only that is directly on the beach.
As for this particular unit, I can safely say there is no nicer loft unit on the property. It has been completely remodeled and is in excellent condition. Upgrades include: all new tile throughout, fresh paint, upgraded furniture, completely new bathrooms (both up and down) and a new kitchen counter. Every guest that has seen this unit comments upon the excellent condition in comparison to other rentals on property that have not had significant quality upgrades like this unit.
The loft units are the top two floors of each building. You enter to the main floor, which has its own large bathroom, full kitchen, dining table, and living room (both a sofa sleeper and chair/ottoman) with entertainment center. There is also a private balcony overlooking the beach.
Stairs from the main level lead up to the master suite. This upper level also has its own large bathroom, a king bed, sitting area with another sofa sleeper, and another private balcony with an even better view over the beach looking towards the BVI and St. John.
As you can tell from the layout, this comfortably sleeps six people- the king bed and sofa sleeper upstairs, and the sofa sleeper downstairs. Since there are two full bathrooms, the unit can easily hold this amount of people. It is perfect for a couple with children, but it also provides ample privacy for two couples or three adults.
This unit was in the hotel plan and rented for a MUCH higher amount. It is now being managed by Kirk Boeger and Cara Hinton of Real Solutions Real Estate. You will get a quick response not just on your inquiry, but also with any other help you need both leading up to and during your rental. It is a huge advantage to have a professional and personal management team taking care of the unit, versus an absentee owner or large company that doesn't provide the personal service.

Great place to stay... quiet, clean, great snorkeling!! Kirk was very helpful and responded back almost immediately with any questions we had.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Two couples stayed in this unit for 5 nights. The unit is a good size with great decks. Adequate kitchen for preparing meals. Both the bed and sofa sleeper were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms and two separate floors worked well for four adults. Kirk was excellent to work with; we highly recommend him. He stopped by to check on us, then gave us a ride to Coki - now that is service! The location is perfect with beautiful views of the beach and distant islands. This is a fairly quiet beach, especially at night. Red Hook is close with good restaurants and bars for those that want some action at night. The pictures shown on this site are an accurate reflection of the unit condition and the awesome views.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We have now visited 6 Caribbean Islands and this was our best vacation. This loff unit had 2 floors each with a nice balcony with a spectacular view of the beach, turquoise water and islands in the background. This particular unit also had been remodeled and painted ---- a job well done. Kirk was very friendly and helpful with any concerns we had and responded immediately. The location is perfect ---- a few minutes to Red Hook but far enough away for a tranquil setting. There is an on site dive shop which rents chairs, snorkeling equipment, wind surfers and has various beverages for sale--- they also give wind surfing lessons--ask for Brad--and book SCUBA dives. The office at the complex has a concierge who can help with any tour or question about the island. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to St. Thomas.
