This beautiful, completely remodeled condominium overlooks the gorgeous white sandy beach and aqua waters of Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. A new owner just bought this unit and is excited to take bookings and keep it full!!! It is important to note: this is a nicely remodeled unit. It is in great condition. It is not in its original condition like a majority of other units available for rent. Please look at the photos so you can see the difference.
You enter to the main floor, which has its own large bathroom, full kitchen, dining table, and living room with a sofa sleeper, chair/ottoman and entertainment center and private balcony over the beach and it looks out towards the British Virgin Islands and St. John. Stairs from the main level lead up to the master suite. This upper level also has its own large bathroom, a king bed, sitting area with another sofa sleeper, and another private balcony with an even better view over the beach and views of the British Virgin Islands and St. John.
Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina offers two tennis courts, a beautiful pool right on the edge of the ocean, large marina with every boat trip imaginable, a water sports desk for smaller boats and booking trips, excellent snorkeling directly off the beach, and much more. Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina is located on the East End of the island only half a mile from the quaint town of Red Hook, which has shopping, dining, bars and the ferry to St. John.
This unit would comfortably sleep six people - the king bed and sofa sleeper upstairs, and the sofa sleeper downstairs. It is perfect for a couple with children, but it also provides ample privacy for two couples or three adults.
The unit is managed by a local couple that owns Real Solutions Real Estate and Management Services- Kirk Boeger and Cara Jo Hinton. They have lived between St. John and St. Thomas for over 25 years combined. The owners consider this a huge advantage over other rentals you find on VRBO, as it is professionally managed by locals who absolutely love these islands and who do everything possible to make sure you have the perfect vacation rental.
We use our own reliable housekeeping to assure the unit is extremely clean for your arrival. We provide fresh linens and extra towels for you. Mid-week cleanings are available upon request for an extra charge, as is stocking of groceries or other needs you may have.

Although this resort, as a whole, has gotten a bit old and long in the tooth, this particular unit is fabulous. And the location can't be beat. Plenty of room; a king size and very comfortable bed; clean and well appointed bathrooms and kitchen area. The beach area is large and well maintained, with complimentary chairs and snorkeling equipment from the surf shack. The view from the unit out toward St. John and the British Virgin Islands is just the best! And the restaurants and nightlife of Red Hook are just a stone's throw away. You could easily walk to the St. John Ferry. Our stay was cut short by 2 days due to a weather related delay in our departure. We were unable to extend due to another rental coming in. Although there was no obligation, the agent, Kirk, and the owner were very understanding of our situation and graciously refunded a day's worth of rent. Very professional!! A great visit and wonderful experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Great place to stay... quiet, clean, great snorkeling!! Kirk was very helpful and responded back almost immediately with any questions we had.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Two couples stayed in this unit for 5 nights. The unit is a good size with great decks. Adequate kitchen for preparing meals. Both the bed and sofa sleeper were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms and two separate floors worked well for four adults. Kirk was excellent to work with; we highly recommend him. He stopped by to check on us, then gave us a ride to Coki - now that is service! The location is perfect with beautiful views of the beach and distant islands. This is a fairly quiet beach, especially at night. Red Hook is close with good restaurants and bars for those that want some action at night. The pictures shown on this site are an accurate reflection of the unit condition and the awesome views.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have now visited 6 Caribbean Islands and this was our best vacation. This loff unit had 2 floors each with a nice balcony with a spectacular view of the beach, turquoise water and islands in the background. This particular unit also had been remodeled and painted ---- a job well done. Kirk was very friendly and helpful with any concerns we had and responded immediately. The location is perfect ---- a few minutes to Red Hook but far enough away for a tranquil setting. There is an on site dive shop which rents chairs, snorkeling equipment, wind surfers and has various beverages for sale--- they also give wind surfing lessons--ask for Brad--and book SCUBA dives. The office at the complex has a concierge who can help with any tour or question about the island. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to St. Thomas.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
