Modern luxury meets old world Mexico. Located on the beach in Todos Santos, our house and casita will fulfill your every need while you rejuvenate with long walks on the white sandy beach and drift peacefully off to sleep listening to the soothing ocean waves. Enjoy your breakfast on either the second floor outdoor dining area or perhaps the third floor patio is more appealing. After a busy day of strolling in town or frolicking in the waves at Cerritos beach or surfing one of the secret local point breaks, relax by the pool and swim a few laps. Before you know it is time for your sunset margarita on one of the third floor lanais. The sunset reflected on the mountains to the east is as spectacular as the ocean view.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with it’s own private bathroom. The pool is steps away from the master suite with office and dramatic dressing room. You will enjoy the very private patio off the master suite with day bed and soothing fountain. Also located on the first floor are the two additional bedrooms, perfect for two couples or children. The second floor has 11 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, a fantastic professional chefs eat-in-kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of room to lounge inside or out. The third floor has it’s own living room and views from the 3 outdoor patios that can’t be found anywhere else nearby. If you need more space, there is an adjacent 2BR 2 BA casita/guest house. The dramatic Sierra de Laguna mountain range frames your panoramic view to the east of the house while you are mesmerized by the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean due west. If you can get away in the months of November through March you will become proficient in spotting the playful humpback whales as they gracefully glide along the Baja coast. Perhaps you would like to hold a turtle hatchling – the beach is home to the Olive Ridley nesting grounds and the turtles are released at sunset.
Perhaps the unique song of the local bird referred to as the bird of a hundred voices will serenade you from his nest in the nearby palm trees. Pelicans, egrets and herons call the nearby freshwater lagoon their home and the lagoon is a short walk along the beach from the house. The casual bird watching is fantastic.
You may want to meet the local fisherman when they jump the waves at the local beach in their pangas with their fresh catch of the day and bring some yellowtail or dorado home to barbeque as you dine on the patio.
We are a few minutes by car or a ten minute bike ride to the town of Todos Santos, a Pueblo Magico, where you can find organic fresh produce, many excellent restaurants and several galleries displaying the work of local artisans. Although there is broadband access to the internet, and a flat screen TV – when is the last time that you had the real Milky Way on your visual screen? You may realize that you have never seen so many stars. You may not want to return home…

This gorgeous home, which sits just behind a dune from the beach, is a study in cool, calm serenity. The online photos don't do it justice. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and the property manager, Aaron, was welcoming and very accommodating. Todos Santos is a quaint town with a variety of good restuarants and interesting galleries and shops. Depending on the season, the beach almost always has something fascinating to offer: migrating whales,pods of porpoises, baby sea turtles, gorgeous sunsets. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and inspired.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We were two couples and had an amazing stay at Casa dod Palmas. The design of the house with it's incredible views and windows in all directions is spectacular. The open terraces and outdoor spaces were perfect for whale watching from the decks on all levels. The lap pool is wonderful and the landscaping spectacular. We picked passion fruit from the garden for making drinks! If you are looking for a restful and relaxing place this is it. The town of Todos Santos is charming with some excellent restaurants which Andrea recommended. We will definitely be coming back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house is fabulous! We have booked numerous vacation rental homes through VRBO and we can honestly say that our stay at Casa Dos Palmas was even better than advertised. Words and pictures cannot even come close to portray the beautiful open floorplan and attention to detail contained within this home. From the many outdoor conversation/eating and star gazing lounging areas, to the exquisite lap pool and beautiful modern architecture, this home is a must stay for anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing week in Todos Santos. We can only hope for an opportunity to visit this spectacular home once again in the very near future. A very heartfelt thanks to Andrea, the wonderful owner and especially Aaron, the exceptional property manager that provided services far and above what would typically be expected from a standard vacation rental. As an experienced real estate investor, this is arguably the nicest house you will find in all of Todos Santos.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
