The Beach Club Resort and Spa, The Northern Gulf of Mexico's most luxurious resort! This two-bedroom, two-bath, Non-Smoking gulf front condominium faces the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The 87 acre resort villiage includes four condo buildings (each with its own gated pool and hot tub), private villas, 8 lighted soft tennis courts with proshop, a village market, deli, ice cream shop, conference center, gift shop and a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse next to our building offers an outdoor pool and indoor heated pool, game room, state-of-the-art fitness room, video rentals, salon, cafe, gift shop, sauna and steam facilities, Full Spa, restaurant, and a bar overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium includes: High Speed Internet Connection (Ethernet cable required), 3 TV's and premium cable w/HBO, 3 DVD player's and 2 VCR's (TV/DVD/VCR in the den, TV/DVD/VCR in Master bedroom and TV/DVD combo in the 2nd bedroom) fully-furnished tiled kitchen, white cabinets, breakfast bar, microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker and a laundry room (off the kitchen)with a Washer and Dryer. The condominium comes fully furnished (including linens and towels) and has a large 25' wide, 220 square foot private balcony that is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. On the balcony are tables, chairs, and lounge chair. There is plenty of room with two large bedrooms that include a king-size in the master and a queen-size in the second bedroom. Additionally, the couch in the living room pulls out to a comfortable queen-size bed. A tiled master bath is attached to the master bedroom and also includes a seperated 2nd vanity/sink and make-up area. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * Our membership at the Club & Spa can transfer to you, payable directly to The Beach Club $15/day in Summer, otherwise $10/day * Add $70 to the total rate for cleaning fee. * $200 Reservation/Security Deposit (Refundable after stay). * No Smoking, Sorry No Pets. * Add 3% if using CC for rent (no charge to use CC for deposit)
