This two-bedroom, two-bath, Non-Smoking gulf front condominium directly facing the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The 87 acre resort villiage includes four condo buildings (each with its own gated pool and hot tub), private villas, 8 lighted soft tennis courts with proshop, a village market, deli, ice cream shop, conference center, gift shop and a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse next to our building offers an outdoor pool and indoor heated pool, game room, state-of-the-art fitness room, video rentals, salon, cafe, gift shop, sauna and steam facilities, Full Spa, restaurant, and a bar overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The condominium includes: High Speed wireless Internet, 3 TV's and premium cable w/11 HBO's, High Def. cable in the Den with LG 32" HD, LCD TV, 3 DVD player's and 1 VCR (TV/DVD in the den, TV/DVD/VCR in Master bedroom and TV/DVD combo in the 2nd bedroom) fully-furnished tiled kitchen, white cabinets, breakfast bar, microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker and a laundry room (off the kitchen)with a Washer and Dryer.
The condominium comes fully furnished (including linens and towels) and has a large 25' wide, 220 square foot private balcony that is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. On the balcony are large and small tables, 5 chairs, and lounge chair.
There is plenty of room with two large bedrooms that include a king-size in the master and a queen-size in the second bedroom. Additionally, the couch in the living room pulls out to a comfortable queen-size bed. A tiled master bath is attached to the master bedroom and also includes a seperated 2nd vanity/sink and make-up area.

My family and I just returned from Jon's condo which was great. The resort is absolutely beautiful with lots of fun activities for the kids. The beaches were beautiful and the resort was great! The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We felt like we were on a secluded island. Lots of peace and tranquility which is what I come to the beach for. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family. We will definitely be returning next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We just returned from a week stay at the Beach Club. The resort is beautiful, and the condo is very nice and clean. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the morning and watching the dolphins. Jon was great to rent from always very friendly and helpful. Overall our vacation was wonderful, and we are planning on returning next year.

Jon and Brenda were so wonderful to work with. This unit is fantastic. The views are unbelievable. You are close to the beach and pool, but not so high up that you have trouble seeing everything. The unit is nicely decorated and extremely clean. We had a fantastic time!

By the sea, by the sea. At Jon & Brenda's condo how happy you'll be. With sugar sands of white and sky of blue. A warm aqua ocean beckons you. The warmth of the sun invites you to walk down the shore as the ocean coughs up treasures galore. The sun yeilds its glory as it rises in the East, the healing rays provide the soul a bountiful feast. The red & gold of a setting sun bring memories of a day full of beach fun. The moon's shimmer dances across a still sea and makes a promise of more adventures to be. The sound of waves gently kissing the beach at night provide a sweet lullaby for sleeping tight. As this special place fills you with cheer may all of God's blessings touch everyone here. Thanks again,

We stayed 2 months (Feb & Mar 2005) and really enjoyed it. The condo has a great layout and spectacular view. The Beach Club amenities are wonderful. There is a very large exercize area fully equiped, sauna, steam, indoor and out dooor pools, and whirlpools. In addition there is a market, bar and resturant. Even church serviecs on Sunday. The balcony is private and wonderful. If it is cool out, you get the sun (faces south).

We spent a week in late August that was absolutely wonderful. We had a great time exploring the area, eating seafood/shellfish, and relaxing by the pool and on the beach. The dolphins swam by close to shore everyday. The unit was great. We have stayed at The Beach Club before, but this was about the best we could have asked for. The owner was very helpful. Very attentive to ours needs. The unit was in above average condition. All the amenities you could want ... t.v.'s, vcr's, dvd player ... plus actual movies and music c/d's in the unit. Plus high speed internet service. It was a wonderful vacation that will always be remembered. We'll be back soon!!!

We spent our spring break here and had a wonderful time. The condo and the entire Beach Club setting was beautiful. We had a relaxing time sunbathing by the pool and ocean, looking for shells during the day and for crabs at night, fishing in the ocean right off the shore, and listening to cd's and reading books that were in the condo. Jon, the owner, stayed in touch with us leading up to and after our stay. His personal touch made us feel very welcome. It was a great vacation experience for the whole family and we highly recommend it.
