This is a nicely furnished unit. The bed was comfortable. The view is great! It looked like it had been remodeled about 8 years ago. There was one LARGE problem and one small problem. The Large one - The owner wouldn't allow you to put the AC below 74 degrees. I know it was a money saving tactic. He had a locked cover on it so you couldn't lower it. Sometimes at night it can get quite warm in the unit - it's west facing - and it was very uncomfortable for sleeping because you couldn't get it cool enough. I wouldn't stay there again because of that. We never had the AC on in the day. We didn't need it. The small problem is the pillows. Bring your own. They have a few to choose from but none of them worked for us. Something that was a little unusual was that the lanai didn't have a lounge chair, just 2 tables and 6 or 8 chairs. We would have loved to be able to lounged out there if it was a rainy day or you just wanted to curl up and read one afternoon. That and the pillows are personal preferences - the AC is a problem you can't fix or change. Choose another unit if you think you might want to use the AC and be comfortable on your expensive vacation.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5
