The cottage is located 1 mile up the hill above the Fauntleroy Ferry dock. Easy driving distance of I-5, Highway 99 to downtown and Highway 509 - Just 20 minutes to/from SeaTac airport. The house is not in the flight path - very quiet and residential. You hardly know you are in the city but are close to everything!
There is a local caretaker to check you in, help you with directions and take care of any needs. We have had guests from near and far...California, Oregon, Idaho, Scotland, and Germany. Everyone loved the convenient location.
Medical visit accommodation: Guests who stay at the house while receiving medical care or who have disabilities will need to discuss the suitability of the house with us before booking. Although this house is one level, it is a single family home and is not ADA compliant. Guests with medical issues are required to have someone stay with them at the house.
WE REQUIRE A SEVEN DAY MINIMUM STAY. EXCEPTIONS FOR RETURNING GUESTS ONLY.
