  We stayed at the Flounder House in New Smyrna Beach from January 1st (2013) through February 23rd and had a wonderful stay. The Flounder House is clean and very spacious with very comfortable beds and large TV's. The Master Bedroom, located on the third level, has a very nice south facing private balcony which overlooks the beach and ocean. We always used the enclosed garage, located on the first level, which kept our minivan clean from the salty air. The Flounder House location is only a few seconds walk to a public walkway to enter the beach area and is on a nondriving section of New Smyrna Beach. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Flounder House and would highly recommand it. Being pet friendly made this a perfect vacation stay.

  Loved the fact the property is dog friendly and spacious. Only a short walk to the beach and great path to walk the dogs. However, garage door was broken and carpet was very stained. Will be back!

  This place is amazing ... everything you need to step away from your day to day world and enjoy the solitude of life on the beach. Completely equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy life on the beach. Convenient to local shopping and to the unspoiled paradise of The Canaveral National Seashore. .

  House was wonderful had everything we needed. Only concern was the carpet was heavily stained and my husband and brother in law expected there to be more than one tv. The walk to the ocean was quick and easy. Garage was nice but even the large bay was tight for the truck and it was only an extended cab F150. View was great and we could hear the waves breaking on the beach.

  I would just like to compliment Maggie for all of the help she was to us when we had the air-conditioning problem at Flounder House. She talked to me and kept me informed even when she wasn't on duty and for that I am very grateful. I also appreciate the refund of one night's stay. Thank you for being responsible people and caring about your guests. I would love to come back to one of your properties at another time.

  Thanks Jeff, I have been taken care of already. Your people are awesome. I have never seen such a fast response to my inquiry. We will be renting the Flounder house Sept. 16 thru Sept 23rd. I had received a response from another property on the beach just before I confirmed the Flounder house, but decided to keep with you all because of the great service and I feel safe renting from your company. This is our first time renting a place and don't know the ins and outs. Afraid of renting a place that doesn't exist, ect. Again Thank You!
