Perfect Ocean Front Condo

We rented this condo and we have three children ages 12 (twins) and a 14 year old. We had plenty of room with the second bedroom having two full sized beds. Renting this condo was very easy. Pat (The Owner) was a pleasure to work with. Being on the second floor was perfect. We were close to the Pool and were able to watch our children. The building is very secure and the people on site were very friendly. This condo has everything you need, washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen - add people and food. We would rent this condo again in a second. Wonderful OCEAN FRONT!!!!!!

After trading very pleasant emails with Patti and John we booked the Condo. I remember reading "all you need is perishables", which could not have been more true. The Condo has everything you could need, we cooked a full Thanksgiving Day Feast and had all the pans & utensils we needed. The HD TVs and Wi-Fi were nice touch. Pool was very clean and view from Balcony was awesome. This Condo is very spacious. We will be defiantly be booking again.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We were so lucky to find the perfect vacation spot (and at an amazing price) for the week of July 4th. Everything from the owners, condo building and condo was so nice. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Our 2nd floor view was beautiful! Wasn't sure we would like being so low, but found that it was the best we have ever experienced for a beach front view. We were so impressed and surprised by the fireworks display we had for the 4th. The residents put on a great show!

Our stay at Patti and John's condo was the best vacation in years. The spaciousness of the unit is so much nicer than a hotel. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and there was nothing I needed that I could not find. The peace and quiet worked wonders on our nerves. I could sit on the balcony or even in the living room and watch the waves for hours. Patti was always pleasant and helpful when I called her. It was wonderful to be able to keep an eye on our 12 year old from the balcony when she played on the beach or in the pool. I hope to return next year.

What a wonderful place to stay on the beach! It has everything one needs for a great vacation! The condo is gorgeous and well decorated. The location is fantastic and the ocean view is breathtaking. Patti and John, the owners, were great to work with and made our reservation and our stay a breeze… Looking forward to go back next year.

My family recently stayed at the condo of Pat and John. The condo was lovely! The patio offers a perfect view of the ocean. Not only did my family enjoy the accommodations, but we also enjoyed getting to know the owners. Through phone calls and emails, I feel that I have developed a friendship with the Reades. I'm looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful vacation. It was so nice to awaken to the sound of the ocean. Condo was beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked with anything needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Loved the underground parking. Owner was a delite to work with. Would definitely come back again

I can't describe how much I enjoyed staying in this condo, no one would believe me. The ocean is right there, the roar of it is right there and it puts you to sleep at night. The balcony is ideal for just sitting, reading, toasting, or whatever, but I enjoyed the place tremendously. And quiet! My goodness, one would never know that anyone else lived in this big building. Underground parking, surface parking, beautiful lobby, friendly, friendly residents, all add up to a delightful three months. The owners are wonderful and so helpful should you have questions or concerns. Thank you so much.

Owner response: We could not have enjoyed a more pleasant long term renter. I gave this renter first option for next winter, hoping he would return, before accepting an inquiry from another. Between renters, Patti and I stay at the condo to make minor improvements, redecorate and of course relax on the beautiful beach, while we are here. I guess the term is "working vacation" :-) We have been so blessed with renters who take care of the place like it is their own, and we will always look forward to having them back. My stay here was absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean from the personal balcony took my breath away. I would get up very early each morning to watch the sunrise. I would make me a pot of fresh brewed coffee, as I would sit on the balcony, drinking my coffee watching the sun peek up over the ocean....hmmmm I can see and smell the ocean and coffee aroma now as I reflect back. Ohh how I wish I was there now. The condo is very clean and well maintained. It has 2 bedrooms which are very private from each other. One bedroom is the master with private entry to balcony and an awesome view of the ocean. The other large bedroom has two full size beds. Kitchen with all needed cooking utenzils furnished, and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The private beach access within a few hundred feet from room entrance made enjoying the beach fun. The beach area is very clean and you can drive on the beach with your car! Wow! As long as the tide has not come in, grins. This condo is prefect for the quiet, restful vacation. I truely enjoyed my stay here. The private and very secured entries to the property made me feel very safe and secure.

This condo was extremely nice, clean, and convenient to the beach as well as the tourist attractions of Daytona Beach. The Caribbean's lobby, exterior, and pool area are clean and well maintained. The master bedroom has a very nice walk-in closet with plenty of room for clothes and luggage. The master bathroom has a double vanity with lots of counter space which my wife really liked. The furnishings in the condo seemed to be new or in like new condition. This unit is right across from the elevators, so you could quickly get to your car in the underground parking garage. Luggage and shopping carts were provided in the garage which helped with getting stuff in and out. The club room on the 19th floor offers some spectacular views of the beach and surrounding areas -- great photo opportunities. While we were there it was kept locked, but we were able to borrow a key from the office on the 1st floor during business hours. The owners, Patti and John, are super nice people and quickly responded by phone or email. We really appreciate their hospitality and hope to be able to return.

This Condo is phenomenal!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is the perfect place for a quiet get away. It is close to anything and everything you could need. Although we were away from home for a week we felt right at home there. We have already recommended this place to friends and family and we will definitely be back in the future.

GREAT LOCATION ON THE BEACH IN DAYTONA BEACH SHORES. THE QUIETER AND MOST BEAUTIFUL PART OF THE BEACH. CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN WITH GREAT OCEANFRONT VIEWS!! LOVED THIS PLACE. ACTUALLY MET THE OWNERS AND THEY WERE GREAT PEOPLE. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.

I loved this condo!!! It was very clean and well maintained and each of us had nice, comfortable beds. The oceanview from this second floor unit was beautiful. We could watch the oceanwaves and shore from our living room sofa or from our bed. What incredible sunrises!!! South Daytona is indeed the more peaceful, serene area. Hope to use this condo again on our next visit.
