Ocean Front! Well kept, clean and comfortable, are the words to describe this remodeled two unit, downstairs 2 BR, 1 BA small bungalow (owners live upstairs) situated on the Laie Point on the windward side of Oahu. Miles and miles of panoramic ocean and island views from your pool side patio (not heated). Featuring a fully equipped kitchen/front room with TV, VCR, Wireless internet. Comfortable beds include one king and one queen. Large deck off both bedrooms to relax along side the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. Very accommodating for four adults or a family of four. Perfect place to get-away from stress. The owner is a massage therapist at Turtle Bay and provides this service on site at the cottage.
This Non-Smoking cottage is located on the land mark call "Laie Point." Laie Point is famous for legendary story about the Hawaiian God and its dramatic views. It is also a popular spot for game fishermen. The town of Laie has adequate shopping, large market, fast food restaurants, post office, and a theater. Owners dog on premises but in own private yard.
You are minutes away from the Turtle Bay Hilton and the town of Haleiwa for glider-rides, mountain biking, hiking, two championship golf courses, horseback riding, boutique stores, and fine dining. World famous Surf on the North Shore can be very exciting to watch but often dangerous during winter, from October through March; walk/swim on this or any North Shore beach with caution. Spring and Summer offer calm waters and uncrowded beaches, excellent swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.
Enjoy spectacular morning sunrises staining the ocean pink or sunsets on the Koolau Mountains. Honolulu is only a 45 minutes drive but a world away from the feeling this ocean front home will provide. Come and experience everything at your bare feet. The town of Laie is the home of The Polynesian Cultural Center and is less than 5 minutes away. It's the second most visited attraction on the island. An absolute must see! Also, a short 15 minute drive and you're at the most famous stretch of big wave surfing beaches in the world.
