Montana's finest recreational area offers snow skiing at Discovery Basin, fishing and other water and outdoor activities on Georgetown Lake. This home is one year old, completely furnished, and very roomy inside and out. Day-light basement offers walk out access to fire pits and open areas. While the barbeque is cooking the steaks on the covered deck...you will expose yourself to Montana's beautiful mountain views. My 14 yr old daughter and I stay at this home when not in use. So the regular kid video games are available and are confined to the large family area on the lower level. Lower level has full bathroom, bedroom with dbl bed, TVs, day beds and many extra's. Historical Butte, Philipsburg and Anaconda are a close drive. You'll be able to see how Montana developed. Exception fly fishing is also close with the Big Hole River, Jefferson River, Georgetown Lake and creeks in the area. Located at elevation 6565 feet above sea level and a Google earth position of 46degrees10'42"W and 113degrees15'10"W.

My daughter, Grace, and I own this home and occupy while not in use. We snow ski and boat each year at Georgetown Lake. I have a surveying and real estate company in Butte, MT. Grace is 14 yrs old and attend's Butte Central High School. I graduated from Carroll College in Helena in 1973.

This is a beautiful brand new spacious home. It is close to great skiing at Discovery Basin and there is sledding and tubing for the kids right out the front door. The house is very comfortable and the layout is great for families, with a bedroom and play area downstairs for the kids. I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to enjoy what the Georgetown Lake area has to offer. We intend to return in the summer months for the fishing and boating on Georgetown Lake. Thanks Dan for the great stay.

great house for our needs!!! rented for our family of 4 for ski weekends...clean, warm, close to discovery hill, and perfect house for young kids (kid-proof, twin beds, and clean tubs for baths!). nice plowed driveway. dan even had a "people" magazine for mindless women reading! :)

We had 3 great days at this wonderful place. The house was great and made you feel like you never left home. If you want a spacious home to take your family and not have to worry about the kids having enough room or comfort then this is the place to be. With skiing minutes away at Discovery and then swimming at Fairmont 30 minutes away, you can not beat this location. We will definitely be going back to Montana Paradise soon. Thanks, Dan.
