Third floor, three-bedroom condominium overlooking the 17th green and an eight-acre lake on the True Blue Golf Course with beautiful sunsets! True Blue was rated one of America's Top 100 Greatest Public Courses by Golf Digest. There are approximately 15 to 20 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The tennis courts are located at the double pool area.
This unit features decorating and new furniture January 2011. There is a screened-in porch/balcony overlooking the golf course and lake with access from the living room, and the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms as well as on the porch/balcony.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and 42 inch flat screen T.V. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each with linen available to put them together to make king-size beds if desired. Both of these bedrooms also have a colour T.V. There is a full-sized pool and hot tub located just across the parking lot.
The owners reside there 6 months of the year so it has a fully equipped kitchen.
The area has wonderful restaurants and unique shopping close by. Huntington Beach State Park,(There is a pass at the condo for your use while staying there) Brookgreen Gardens, Plantation tours, and scenic rice field with marsh vistas and centuries old moss-draped oak trees capture a quality of life that is in harmony with nature at Historic Pawley's Island. Located 15 minutes from historic Georgetown, and one hour to beautiful Charleston.
The close proximity to Myrtle Beach allows for easy access to over 100 golf courses, and shopping at outlet stores as well as the new Costal Carolina Mall.

Why the Owner Chose Pawleys Island
On a 2 month visit and staying at True Blue we fell in love with the area. It is so beautiful and peaceful in this area and our unit has a view that you never get tired of.....from the birds along the shore in the morning to the alligator sunning on the shore during the day.
After vacationing at True Blue we returned home and contacted a person who had our unit for sale. 8 years later we spend our winters here enjoying our life and friends we have come to know here as well as the golf course, beaches and all the Pawleys Island has to offer.

We really enjoyed this nice condo. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was very well equiped just like home. The view was peaceful overlooking the 17th green. The screened in porch was great, even though it hot, there were two fans which made it cool. Bedrooms were roomy and quite. Loved having a washer and dryer. Enjoyed the pass for Huntington Beach State Park. The pool and hot tub were across the parking lot which was a great cool-down on the hot days. Owners were great to work with. Can't wait to go back.

We were delighted to be able to stay at this clean, nice, roomy condo with our 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens! The location in the middle of a beautiful, peaceful golf course with rolling green hills, sandy spots and pools of water exceded our expectations. The condominium had all the same amenities we have at our home: kitchen had all the appliances one would need and more...airconditioner was essential in this climate...it was great to have a washer and dryer. Kids were excited to have a TV in every bed room, we don't have that at home. During the week we often used the area pool which was a stone throw away from the condo...we went to Huntington Beach State Park a couple of times, kids loved playing in the waves of the Atlantic ocean. Thank you for leaving the park pass in the condo for us to use, that was great! I prefer Pawley's Island to the busy party central of Myrtle beach. However, they are close enough together for trips and visits to all kinds of entertainment locations. We checked out the Boardwalk at the Beach, went shopping to outlets, watched the July 4th Independence Day Parade, swam, walked the beach, tried boiled peanuts (seems to be area speciality), played mini golf during the swelting mid day hours and dined in interesting new restaurants.One day we even went for a trip to charming Charleston. We all agreed that we would like to come back in the future. There are still a lot of things we would like to do there...visit the retired naval carrier "Yorktown" near Charleston, take the horse carriage tour in Charleston to learn more about the history of the town, take a helicopter ride, go fishing, visit a seafood buffet, I could have done more shopping...! I'd love to go back another year!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. Great view of the golf course and was entertaining to watch all of the golfers and the golf course maintenance. Condo very well equiped and extremely clean. All of the comforts of home and then some. Really enjoyed all of the seafood restaurants close by- a real treat for the landlocked Ohioans. Would highly recommend!

The pictures on the website do not do the property justice. This condo is gorgeous! The property was exceptionally clean and owners provided everything you could possibly need on a vacation. Owners were very helpful with question that we asked prior to renting. Pool was great! Everyone very friendly without intruding on privacy. Ate at Island Cafe and Deli..very good. LaPlaya...delicious. Broadway on the Beach and Ripleys Aquarium, a little pricey, but worth the money. Have already recommended this property to relatives and friends. Hope we can return next year!

This is a great unit with a great view of the golf course. Pawleys Island is a very quiet area and about 1/2 hour drive from the Broadway at the Beach Area. Huntington Beach was also very nice and close by. I would reccomend it for any family.

The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting on the porch in the evening. We will recommend this unit to our friends.
