The condo was very clean, private, and well maintained with an excellent view of the ocean. Very cozy and relaxing!! The pools were great. The lazy rivers were shaded and perfect for getting away from the heat and sun when we needed it. We will definitly be back and hope to stay in this same location if it's available.

Wow, very clean condo even the carpet. Near by the boardwalk (5 min walk) we will comback next year....thank's for sharing Brian.....Wow, le condo est superbe et tres propre, meme le tapis...ce qui est rare dans le sud! Petite cuisine mais tres fonctionnelle, pres de tous a environ 5 min de marche. We're stayed in the condo on the 12th floor and we're from Montreal,Canada

We stayed here the first week of June for a" too good to be true "rate. A fraction of what the actual hotel charges. Very impressed with our stay in the 17th floor unit. Brian was incredibly nice, professional and very easy to work with. check-in and check-out was smooth. The condo was beautifully maintained, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was so pretty and stocked well. Beds were comfortable. Carpet was impressively clean. No black feet which in myrtle beach is extremely common in even the very nicest of places. The balcony view was breathtaking and therapeutic. We took our 3 children who loved all the amenities. The pools and lazy river were clean and perfect. The oversized hot tubs were also very nice and actually hot. I definately favored the outside hot tub in the evenings where I could hear the live music from Bummz beach bar and grill next door. I enjoyed all the picnic tables under umbrellas in the very nice grassy area to eat lunch at. Location was awesome. Everything at your fingertips. Broadway at the beach right up the street. We have been coming to Myrtle for 20 yrs.and have stayed in many nice places oceanfront but truthfully have never found a better overall value than the camelot. Paticularly Brians 17th floor unit. We cannot wait to return. I promise you will not find a nicer, cleaner oceanfront condo with a full kitchen and the great amenities for a better rate than what Brian is charging even at summers highest rate. We were sad to leave but extremely thankful for the true blessing that Brians condo brought to our family.

Gorgeous view of the ocean & beach ! Loved every minute of the condo when we were not at the Auto Show. Comfortable, very roomy, up to date, clean, real close to the Auto Show Grounds, restaurants, ect. My Wife & I will definitely be back !

not 'fit for a king'... :(

this was NOT what i was expecting. this condo suite 'fit for a king' was not much more than a glorified remodeled hotel room with a kitchenette, at best. this 'luxury' suite had no where to eat in the kitchen and the only table supplied was much smaller than a folding card table. this unit meant to fully accommodate up to 6 barely had eating space for 4, and that is only if the only items placed on the table were the plates... the walls were so thin we could hear the next room's occupants, not to mention the ones from above also, so for my husband who is a light sleeper since his army service days, trying to get sleep was nearly impossible. i was told there was a separate private bedroom but all this bedroom was was nothing more than 2 beds in a room. when we first walked into this luxury 'fit for a king' suite we thought we'd walked into an econolodge efficiency room. no privacy from the kids... the bathroom had absolutely no place for supplies and 'luxury' to me is not having to live out of the luggage. the shower head made a very high pitched squeal so even a shower was not relaxing. the couch sleeper mattress was not much more than a thick blanket and before my kids could sleep on it, i had to take all the sheets and comforter from the other bed in the 'bedroom' and extra blankets from the closets to pad the springs on the 'mattress'. on monday of our stay, the pools were closed for repainting for 3 days, a job the manager said was done at that time every year... we were not told about this before renting, so plans of relaxing by the pool was squashed. this 'indoor' pool and lazy river was NOT indoor... the 'indoor' pool and lazy river are under a covering fully opened to the outside elements. it looked like it had at one time been closed in by glass between the arching posts but inside from the elements, this pool area was not. what a waste of time and money. i'm just glad i didn't pay full season rates or i'd really have been mad! i will NOT be back to the camelot! i doubt very seriously this will be allowed to get posted but it should to let people know, honestly, what type of room this is. this is a hotel that was sold to make timeshares out of... not a luxury resort as it's billed! some might enjoy this kind of setting but for this family of 4 used to staying in condos that offer peace, quiet and a true 'home type' setting, this was a sore disappointment.

Owner response:As the Owner I am sorry to read this review that our 1 Guest was not satisfied with the Condo. I have addressed & looked into the complaints as follows : Accommodations for 6 simply means the number of people that can sleep in 1 bed. This unit has 2 Queen Size Beds & a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa 2 ea. = 6 people The dining table is only 28" square due to the size of the unit therefore it is not suitable for serving large meals but sufficient for Pizza, Chicken, Burgers, ect. The Coffee table would easily serve 2 children but not 2 adults. Disturbances : When Disturbances occur the only recourse is to report them to Security I was never notified & Security probably wasn't either. Privacy : There is a door between the Bedrm Area & the Kitchen. There is another door between the Kitchen & Living / Dining Areas. Shower Head : I personally checked the shower head myself & found nothing unusually loud or noisy. Bathroom Storage : There is a 4 Draw portable storage bin under the sink to store anything in the line of toiletries, soaps, wash cloths, even towels. There is 3 mounted clothes hooks on the back of the bathroom door PLUS 2, 36" Towel Bar Racks. Sleeper Sofa Mattress : Standard 4" thickness none are as comfortable as a thicker regular bed mattress, but was found to be in good usable condition. Pools : Owners are never told the exact date when anything is being remodeled or repaired due to contractor scheduling, thus we cannot relay that to our Guests. The Lazy River is indoors & the enclosure is only installed during Winter season not in April. Pool re-opened after 3 days & Guests had at least 4 days to use the pool.

We stayed at the condo last Labor Day Weekend and absolutely loved it! We took my mother and my 4 year old and they both loved the lazy river. Also it is so nice to just walk out the back door and be at the beach! Hoping to stay with you guys again!

Hello Brian Just wanted to drop you a quick line and THANK YOU for renting your condo to us. We had a wonderful time and was impressed with how smoothly things went renting directly from you. I had never used the VRBO site before and was little Leary at first, but I am very glad I did and found you on there. The place was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. The only draw back for us was counter space in the kitchen, but we use the little table from the patio and got by while fixing food. Your condo on the 12th floor was very nice and the view was wonderful. I also liked how close it was to most attractions. 12th Floor Condo

Very Clean and beautiful condo!! Near everything you could need. All of the amenities were clean and neat. The hot tubs were hot and the pools were perfect. Hope to stay here next year.
