The Great room is 20’ x 17’ and has beautiful hardwood floors with a 46” flat screen TV. The spacious tiled Kitchen measures 13’ x 13’. The 38” wide counter top allows ample seating for 4. The 13’ x 9’ Dining area comfortably seats 8. The homes accents include 10’ ceilings, 6” baseboards, trimmed out doors and windows and recessed can lighting. Windows surround the home for an airy open feel.

Master Bedroom: Is upstairs and measures 20’ x 11’. It has a king bed with a television and private bathroom.
Guest Bedroom: Two identical rooms upstairs measuring 11.5’ x 10’ with 2 twin beds in each separated by a Hollywood Bathroom. One bedroom has a television.

This beautiful house surounded by a set of nice garden, lake, trees and flowers, meandering path that leads me to believe I'm living in a fairy tale, or at least in Hollywood, where they shoot "Desperate Housewifes", but much quiter. It's ideal for kids and families doing BBQ, feeding ducks. You also can write a novel here without being disturbed. Our property manager was so helpful. She replaced light bulbs and bought a new BBQ grill when the old one stoped working.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
