  The house exceeded our expectations in many ways and was very tastefully decorated. Beautiful, modern kitchen with great appliances. Labels on every light/fan switch so you're not fumbling around. Indoor/outdoor speaker system - great pool music. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach (which felt like our own private beach in April). There are ocean views on both sides of the house, so nice to sip my morning coffee on the porch swing taking in the view and listening to the wind rustle through the palm trees. Just beautiful! Greg was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating. We had 10 family members stay, including 3 young kids, to celebrate my parent's 40th anniversary - everyone had a fantastic time and hope to return to this house for future trips!

  This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had, all due to the fact that we had a wonderful "home" for a week. We had access to the beach only a brief walk from the house. The house had everything we needed for family meals and plenty of extras that we did not remember to bring but they were available at the house. Everyone had a great time, plenty of room for us to get together all at once or just chill on our own. The wifi inclusion made all our kids happy, they were able to play their electronics all they wanted when they wanted. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that "it was a perfect place" and we would highly recommend to anyone. We hope to revisit and be guests again!!

  We had ten adults and one baby in this house -- that may sound like a lot, but it was nothing but perfect. From the minute we booked this house to the (sad) minute we left, everything was absolutely amazing. The house was extremely spacious and there was more than enough room. It was a quick walk to the ocean (good for all those times we forgot extra sunscreen) and the pool was perfect for when your body couldn't handle the ocean water anymore! The house was clean, up to date, and definitely felt like "home" on our vacation. If anyone is looking for a house to stay in Pensacola Beach, this is the one. We all talked about how we would go back in a heartbeat.... Hopefully we will get back sooner than later. Thanks, Greg!

  We had a great time at this house. The location is great, just the right distance down the island. Very close to the beach and relaxing. The house has many nice features and was very well accommodated with plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Greg, the owner, was very attentive and even asked if we'd like to check out late due to no new guests arriving on our check out date which was very nice of him to offer. The main floor has plenty of room and the expansive deck areas are perfect for any overflow. We would definitely recommend this property!

  This beautiful home made our family reunion/Thanksgiving a very special event. There is so much room, we were never crowded. There were 15 of us altogether (9 adults & 6 kids). The kids had plenty to keep them entertained. The owners were extremely easy to work with and responded to our every needs. They have thought of EVERYTHING! The only problem we had; we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back.

  Ok... so I have seen it and I am sure you have too "These pictures do not do this vacation home justice" WELL THESE PHOTOS DON'T. This home was amazing!!! We had the best time!! The home was large enough that my fiance and I had our own area and our two teenage boys had theirs. They stayed up till 4AM one night playing foosball and we did not even hear them! We will definitely rent from Greg again!

  How often do you think...that ad sounds too good to be true? It happens all to often that the write-up or photos mislead you to think..."this place is going to be great", only to be...well disappointed. NOT SO HERE! We found this property to be everything it was advertised to be and then some. Everything was great, well stocked with the things you need, but don't always remember (or want) to take along. Great open areas where the family can enjoy each other's company and nicely appointed bedrooms where you can retreat for rest in the quiet. Clean and modern. Situated in a very quiet location with lots of outdoor amenities like balconies with views and a very nice pool. Would certainly recommend to a friend and would definitely return.

  Loved this house. Lots of extras. Pictures don't do the house justice! Perfect for a large family. We've never stayed in a house so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend. Took the family to Sam's Fun City - everyone had a ball. Great for kids!

  Property is fantastic. Our group was made up of 6 adults with 3 teens and 2 grandchilren under the age of 2. This was perfect...plenty of space for when you need a private moment to regroup after spending several days with family...lol....Pool, breeze, ammenities, location from town, and accomodiations are all perfect. Couldnt have asked for a better place to spend a week with family. Highly recommend will be checking into for future trips. You will not be disappointed.....far exceeded expectations. All information posted is accurate and photos do not do it justice so much more in person..We called owner twice while there for general informaiton and was answered promptly. I would recommend Flounders restaurant shrimp boat was good and atmosphere was fun....kids loved it. Fantastic week....!!!

  What a wonderful house, Looking at the pictures I knew we would love the place but when we arrived the house just went above all we expected. The house is well furnished and everything we needed was there. I have rented from other owners and not saying there houses where not nice but this house has to be the best one I have ever rented from and I hope no I know I will be returning to this house again. The space that the house has makes it so no one is ever crowded in any area. The decking was such a great hangout for the whole family and there is so much of it that we could of had 10 more big families there and still would have plenty of room. There was 10 of us adults there and never seemed over crowded or had any issues. The only thing I would change about our stay was to slow down time because it went by so quick. Now to the owner Greg and his wife. Awesome is a perfect word to describe them. Ever thing we needed to know or ask was quickly replied to. Dealing with Greg made our planning and trip that more pleasant. I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to enjoy the white sands of Pensacola Beach. The walk to the beach was around 2 minutes if that and the house had everything you would need to enjoy the beach. Thank you Greg for all you done for me and our family get together at your beautiful house.
