This is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake view home located in a very desirable area of Lake Havasu. The elevation allows for spectacular sit down lake views from all rooms. Very private with vacant lots on both sides. Beautifully landscaped, like a tropical paradise. Remodeled with tile floors and tasteful decor throughout. Living room has large leather couch, large screen TV with cable,dvd and internet. Master bedroom/queen sleeps 2 with bathroom/shower, TV. Bedroom #2/full sleeps 2, awesome lake and city lights view, TV with dvd player. Bedroom #3/two twins sleeps 2,also with great lake/city night light views, and TV with dvd player. Bathroom #2 shower/tub, very clean. Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc. Dining area seating for 6. The Arizona room (outside screened room) located just off dining room is great entertaining and enjoying the warm peaceful nights. Enjoy relaxing in the 6 person hot tub or sitting with family and friends. Sip your favorite drink while taking in the magnificent sunsets and lake views from front porch sitting area. There's plenty of parking for cars, and toys. Gas BBQ. Foosball, ping pong, air hockey and pool table. Washer/dryer, soft water, AC, ceiling fans in all rooms, reverse osmosis.

The house has a great layout and is very open. The foosball and pingpong tables provided a lot of entertainment as well as the hot tub. We had an awesome stay. I came with my siblings and cousins and we had so much fun. The location is superb as well. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and comfortable rental stay.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had our first family visit to Lake Havasu City and were so thankful to find this beautiful home to stay in. We are a family of 4 and it met our every need. Our first impression was very positive because the home is located in a very nice community which is very quiet. Complete privacy surrounds the home as it is located on a hill, so there are no immediate neighbors on either side. As we walked in, the furniture was in beautiful condition, the decor was very tasteful, and most importantly, everything, including the floors, was SUPER clean. The kids each had their own bedroom which they appreciated, and each bedroom is very beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. We slept better here than we do in our own home! Seriously comfortable beds! The towels in the bathrooms are unusually soft, and if you forgot your beach towels..they have some for you to use! There is a leather sectional in the living room that faces a high end television with DVD player. We had 2 teenagers, so the game room was perfect for our whole family to enjoy. The kitchen has every amenity you need to prepare your homemade meals away from home. And the sun room which houses the jacuzzi also adds an extra special touch to this home if you have cooler evenings to sit out there and enjoy it. Board games, books and magazines are provided for your enjoyment as well. We spent a lot of time at the lake and the London Bridge area, and didn't have far to drive at all. Very convenient driving distance to everywhere you need to go. The owner didn't cut any corners when making this a very comfortable home away from home. This is the cleanest rental home we've ever stayed at. We highly recommend renting this property if you are looking for a quality place to stay. We know we will be referring it to our friends and family!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a very clean, nicely laid out home. All of the beds are comfy. TVs in bedrooms are great. (some have DVD players, Cool) Fabulous views of mountains from the AZ room and the lake from the front porch.Very nicely decorated. Easy access to everything. Angelina's is a great Italian eatery. This is a home you can kick back in or entertain with out worry. We have rented this home for the last 3 yr. and we suppose the greatest compliment we can give is to rent it again so we did. From Dec. to Apr.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
