Why the Owner Chose Cotuit:
I grew up in Massachusetts and enjoyed the cape each summer. I know a lot about the cape and have a list of my favorite things to do waiting for you at the house. The cape is truly a slice of heaven to enjoy and is like taking a step back in time.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The cape was settled in the 1600's and the architecture is beautiful. There is so much history here, and so many different things to do and see. Cotuit is a great cental location to see all the cape has to offer.
